The cottage has been extensively modernized, with the possibility of additional heating in the fireplace stove in the living room (wood available)

Parking is possible directly at the cottage.

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, two bathrooms with a toilet and a shower, a living room and a large entrance hall

The large bedroom offers 4 fixed beds (double bed + 2 couches) and two extra beds (folding couch)

The smaller bedroom offers 3 fixed beds with the possibility of 1 extra bed

Bedroom 1: large double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed (double bed)

Bedroom 2: 3 single beds and one pull-out bed.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom 1: shower, toilet, sink, washing machine

Bathroom 2: shower, toilet, sink.

Heating: Fireplace stove in the living room.

Transportation, parking: Parking for two cars right next to the building.

The cottage is rented year-round

Advance invoice 50% of the total amount always 4 months before the due date

In case of discontinuity of another accommodation provider, an agreement to your satisfaction is possible

Refundable deposit 3000,-

In the winter months, heating will only be possible with fireplaces in the living room and direct heaters in the bathrooms

In particular, the energy consumed will be paid according to the valid price list.
