Lipno nad Vltavou is one of the most popular tourist areas in the Czech Republic due to its multifunctionality

In the summer you can swim here, you can rent a boat, paddleboard, skates, bike, you can fish, go on trips and countless more

In winter, you can enjoy skiing again, and every year you can go ice skating on the frozen Lipno

There is great entertainment, especially for families with children, but no one will be bored here

Here you will find wellness centers, excellent restaurants, cafes and pastry shops

The cottage itself has a fenced plot with a roofed pergola and barbecue

The fenced property is mainly enjoyed by our four-legged guests, who are also welcome

The cottage has three floors

The lowest are mainly storage spaces and a lockable cellar

On the first floor there is an entrance hall, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room with a dining area and a kitchen

There are two bedrooms on the second floor

In one of the bedrooms there is a children's corner for our youngest guests

Both floors have terraces with a wonderful view of the dam and there is underfloor heating throughout the cottage

In case of inclement weather, the cottage is equipped with board games and a TV with YouTube and Netflix

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Bedrooms and rooms: Two bedrooms with double beds and one sofa bed in the common room

So the capacity is 6 people.

Sanitary facilities: One bathroom and one toilet

Separately.

Heating: The heating is underfloor and the temperature in the room is controlled by thermostats

It is also possible to heat with wood in the fireplace.

Transportation, parking: The access route will be specified for those interested

Of course, you can get to the cottage all year round by car.

The kitchen is fully available and if you don't feel like cooking, there are excellent restaurants nearby.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The operation of the cottage is year-round

The cottage is mostly rented for a week, and shorter stays are possible by arrangement.

It is possible to accommodate a pet if it is clean and not loud

Dogs (and therefore owners) will appreciate the fenced garden.

If you use more than 50 kWh in the heating season, you will be charged an additional 8 CZK/kWh.

In addition to the price, a fee of CZK 50/day/person older than 18 years is paid to the municipality

The refundable deposit is CZK 10,000, it is paid with the second payment of the price and is returned within 3 working days of leaving the cottage

The reservation fee of CZK 10,000 is payable within a week of the binding reservation and is refundable in case of cancellation of the stay within 14 days of the start of the planned stay

The rest of the price is due one week before the stay.
