The cottage is ideal for both relaxation and active rest (hiking, cycling, mushrooming, fishing, bathing, horse riding)

The cottage is located 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Lake Lhota, which excels in the sandy beaches and clean water

You will find a wide range of stalls with refreshments, sitting in a bar with friends, or you can do sports activities or entertainment in the form of table tennis, beach volleyball, football field, mini golf or paddleboard rental

We offer fenced garden, bathroom with toilet, base equipped kitchen, fridge or fireplace including wood

Outdoor seating, barbecue and two parking spaces directly in front of the building!

You do not have to pay parking 150,- /day at the lake.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is an inner porch at the entrance, where there is a bathroom and toilet, a kitchen with basic cooking equipment

Living room with a large dining table

Upstairs you will find a bedroom with four separate beds

Hot days will be made more pleasant by the stand fan.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower and boiler for hot water heating

Toilet and sink.

Heating: If necessary, there are a stove in the cottage.

Transportation, parking: Parking directly at the cottage, capacity 2 places

The nearest highway is R10 (E65)

In the village of Lhota for the COOP store turn to Hladenecká Street, then directly to the entry ban (transport service entry allowed) and turn right to the street in Chatách

Continue this street up to the cottage that is located on the right side

Beware, the road in V Street is ride!

Dining

Near restaurants (about 10min by car): blue star, pizzeria Felicita, restaurant Borek or several stalls with refreshments directly at the lake

In the village of Lhota there is COOP, but it is better to go to Stará Boleslav (10min), where there are open shops and in the evening and at the weekend

There are Penny, Bill, Jysk, Super Zoo, Benu Lekárna or Robin Oil.

Cabin furnishings

Kitchen: sink with flow heater, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, two -plate cooker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and glasses

At the cottage there is a garden seating with a parasol and a fireplace for roasting sausages or grilling

July - August: only weekly rental: 11.900, - CZK

Other months: weekend 3000 CZK

Other days of the week (at least 2 nights): 900 CZK/night

Reservation procedure:

Send the proposed reservation date, then you will receive the confirmation of the deadline with the payment data.

Within 3 days of confirmation of the deadline, it is necessary to send 50% of the price to our account.

After receiving the agreed amount, we will send you a binding reservation confirmation.

You pay the remaining 50 % of the total amount you pay a week before arrival.

Upon arrival, we select a refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 for damages.

The prices are added consumer.

Dog surcharge 500,- CZK/week, weekend 200,- CZK

Free cancellation within 21 days before the date of arrival.

Cancellation below 21 days cancellation fee of 100% advance.

Arrival for a week: Saturday from 2pm, departure on Saturday to 10h

Arrival for the weekend: Friday from 4 pm - 6 pm, departure on Sunday to 5pm.

• Parking is possible on private land in front of the cottage, capacity 2 parking spaces.

• Bed linen and towels are secured, there is no need to take your own.

• In the cottage, please - not to smoke!

• Lock the cottage in your own interest.

• Grill only in the space where there is an official fireplace, do not use the grill on the porch even in front of the cottage!

• Please keep order in front of the cottage and around the cottage.

• Follow the night's rest from 22:00 to 6:00 am!

• Please enter the cottage before leaving.
