Chalet STAVĚNKA is a mountain chalet in an established ski resort in Kunčice near Staré Město below Kralický Sněžnik

The cottage is located on a slope in a quiet part of the village with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and valley to the Old Town

It offers accommodation both for families with children and for groups of people

On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a room for storing skis and ski boots, as well as a toilet and a bathroom with a sink, shower and bathroom furniture.

The main space consists of a central common room with a fireplace and a play corner with table football and a kitchen area

The common room is equipped with a television.

Arrival on a paved road, it is recommended to have snow chains with you.

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

A deposit in the amount of CZK 3,000, which is paid at the same time as the payment for the accommodation and will be used to cover any damage caused by the accommodated persons

The deposit is returned to the bank account of the accommodated person after handing over the cottage.

Local stay fee of CZK 40/day/person over 18 years of age, which is also paid at the same time as payment for accommodation

Students, seniors, ZTP do not pay the fee

Dog fee, or

another pet, 200 CZK/night.

A binding reservation will be made after a deposit of 20% of the accommodation price has been paid by transfer to a bank account based on the application form confirmed by the accommodation provider

An additional payment of 80% of the accommodation price, including the deposit and the local stay fee, must be paid within 10 days before the start date.
