We offer you accommodation in a cottage with a capacity for 5 people all year round

Due to its layout, this object is particularly suitable for smaller families with children

The cottage is located near the village of Kramolín, 200 km from the Dalešice dam

The cottage is wheelchair accessible, all rooms are located on the ground floor

In the common room with a kitchenette, you will find a TV, a dining area and a comfortable couch that can be used as an extra bed

You can prepare home-cooked meals in a fully equipped kitchenette with electric stove, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle and fridge with freezer

After an active day, you will find rest in the bedroom with a double bed and two single beds

Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet

Directly from the common room you can reach the terrace, where you can sit together or use the portable grill

In addition to the grill, you can also use the open fireplace in front of the cottage in the shade of the forest

Parking for 2 cars is possible at the cottage

Visitors can use this place especially for cycling (cycle paths around the dam + the gradually built route Třebíč - Dalešice - Dukovany), for steamboat trips along the dam, hiking, mushroom picking, swimming and, last but not least, fishing.

Bedrooms and rooms: One bedroom for 2 x 2 persons: double bed, bunk bed for children + extra bed for the fifth person.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with brick shower and toilet.

Heating: Electric direct heaters.

Transportation, parking: Parking at the cottage on its own property.

A well-stocked grocery store is located in Mohelno, 5 km away

Basic food can be purchased in Kramolín

Restaurants are close to the property - 650 m (Tavern over the harbor or inn in Kramolín).

stove, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster), dining set, flat TV and comfortable sofa

Outdoor equipment: Garden furniture with a charcoal grill on the covered terrace, an open fireplace with seating in the shade of the forest, and a new concrete table for table tennis for free time.
