Cancel Conditions:
Reservation
The reservation is binding after payment of the deposit of 50 % of the total price of the stay.
The price of the stay is payable no later than 3 weeks before boarding.
Cancel fees by the client:
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival - we return 100 % of the advance paid.
Cancellation 30–14 days before arrival - 50 % of the advance paid.
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival - the entire deposit paid is forfeited.
If the client does not arrive without cancellation, we charge 100 % of the price of stay.

Departure from the cottage is until 10h.
