Chalet Bludička

Mountain cottage Bludička is located in Josefov Mine in the part of Dolní Maxov, has a beautiful large well -kept garden with a view, with the possibility to use the grill or fireplace

For children there are game elements, sandpit and trampoline, in summer a swimming pool with a diameter of 3.6 m in diameter

The cottage is carefully maintained, the rooms are cozy, bright, equipped with new wooden furniture, each has its own bathroom

On the ground floor there is a common room with fireplace, TV, fully equipped kitchenette

Wi - Fi is available throughout the object

The cottage can be found in the beautiful environment of the Protected Landscape Area of the Jizera Mountains, in a quiet part of the village of Josefův důl

Garden with an area of more than 2000m², of which approximately 1400m² of grass area, its location creates a maximum sense of privacy

In summer you can hide from the hot sun in the shadow under the trees or, on the contrary, use the sun for sunbathing

The cottage is ideal for a group of friends or for a moment with a wider family that will occupy it all.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor you have a lounge (28m²), which is connected with a richly equipped kitchenette (8m²)

On the 1st floor there are 5 rooms, each with its own bathroom:

1x 2 bed (double bed)

1x 3 bed (double bed and separate bed)

1x 4 - 5 bed (double bed, 2 separate beds and pull -out bed)

1x 4 bed (double bed and two separate beds)

1x 4 bed (double bed, separate bed with pull -out bed)

We have 1 extra bed that can be placed in each of the rooms

We will also be happy to prepare 2 cots

On the ground floor is our apartment and technical background

We use the apartment mainly on weekends, has its own entrance from the other side of the cottage

Guests come in our first place, although we are at the cottage by chance, we do not disturb them, do not check or limit.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer in every room

Bath towels and towels included in the price of stay.

Heating: Central heating, hot -water radiators

There are also fireplace stoves in the common room, we provide wood for free

In addition, there are underfloor heating in the corridor and also a ski shoe dryer.

Transportation, parking: Own parking for 6 - 7 cars directly at the cottage

Upon arrival at Josefov Mine from the direction of Lučany and Maxov, turn to the right right -hand turn to the right (on the left is two garage) and you can reach the "fork" where you turn left down the hill, after a few meters you will see the cottage on the right hand

The guest parking lot is located under the cottage.

Conventional cookware for cooking and dining in sufficient quantities, including wine glasses or even jugs for water
