The cottage is located in a quiet part of the small town of Jiříkov near the border with the NSR and 15 km from the Czechoslovak Switzerland, it is surrounded by fields, meadows, forests and ponds, therefore it is a suitable place for those who like peace, nature, cycling, fishing, trips and cross-country skiing in winter
There is a large fenced garden around the house with sitting outside in a pergola with a fridge, fire pit and gas grill
The water is only useful from the well, it must be bought bottled (it will be ready on the first day).
Bedrooms and rooms: Main entrance - hallway - bathroom, on the left the entrance to the kitchen from which the door leads to the garden and the second door to the bedroom (double bed)
Further from the hall on the right is the entrance to the living room, which is divided into two parts, in one of them a double bed and in the other a sitting area
From the living room, stairs lead to the attic without a door (3 times mattresses).
Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet and automatic washing machine.
Heating: Electric boiler + radiators, fireplace.
Transportation, parking: You can reach the building by car, there are 3 parking spaces.
