Cabin JedlOvka

The cottage is located in the Lusatian Mountains Protected Landscape Area on the border of the České Švýcarsko National Park, in nature, in a quiet part of the village, close to popular tourist destinations

The cottage offers accommodation for groups of friends or families with children, it is ideal for children's groups (outdoor schools, camps, club gatherings, etc.

) in 6 rooms with 2 - 5 beds each on the 1st floor of the building

On the ground floor there is a large common room with a capacity of up to 50 seats and space for games and entertainment, a kitchen area equipped with the necessary dishes, a refrigerator, a kettle, a dishwasher (it is not equipped for cooking, we can rent a two-burner stove upon agreement)

For a fee, we can also rent a bar

We offer all-day catering to schools and children's collectives, and when using our other accommodation options in close proximity to the cottage, we offer accommodation for up to 75 people (Chatky Lesná, Pension Lesná)

We always offer the cottage as a whole for a group, we do not rent individual rooms.

Bedrooms and rooms: All rooms are located on the 1st floor, they have shared bathroom facilities in the corridor, separately for ladies and gentlemen (newly renovated bathrooms)

Part of the social room are another 2 women's and 2 men's toilets (before renovation - planned renovation for spring 2023).

Heating: The building is heated by a fireplace stove with an exchanger in the common room

With regular filling, the building is heated to a pleasant 19 - 21 degrees even in the winter months

There are 2 direct heaters for ice creams.

Transportation, parking: Parking directly at the building, or at the pension building across the street.

Dining

Self-catering, available kitchenette equipped with the necessary dishes, fridge, kettle, dishwasher (not equipped for cooking, we can rent a two-burner stove upon agreement)

For a fee, we can also rent a bar

We offer all-day meals to children's groups

For other groups, we offer, upon agreement, the possibility of securing e.g

banquets, from nearby restaurants you can take e.g

pizza.

Guests have at their disposal a large common room with a kitchenette

Possibility to use the fireplace at the guesthouse across the street.

Accommodation for 2 or more nights for a group of 15 people or more:

Adult and child from 10 years old - CZK 400/night

Child from 2 to 9.99 years - CZK 330/night

Child up to 1.99 years without entitlement to a bed - CZK 80/night (upon agreement, the possibility of renting a baby cot including bedding - CZK 300/night)

When staying for only 1 night (only by agreement outside of holidays and public holidays), we charge an extra charge of CZK 150 per person.

Prices negotiable for longer stays.

The price does not include the local fee to the village of Jiřetín pod Jedlovou - CZK 25/night/adult.

When booking accommodation, a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is charged.

Cancellation Policy:

If the stay is canceled less than 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the amount of the selected deposit for the stay, if the stay is canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the amount of the selected deposit for the stay.
