The cottage is located in the Lusatian Mountains Protected Landscape Area on the border of the České Švýcarsko National Park, in nature, in a quiet part of the village, close to popular tourist destinations

The cottage offers accommodation for groups of friends or families with children, it is also ideal for children's groups (outdoor schools, camps, club gatherings, etc.

)

Accommodation in 6 rooms with 3 - 5 beds each on the first floor of the building

On the ground floor there is a large common room with a capacity of up to 50 seats and space for games and entertainment, a kitchenette equipped with the necessary dishes, a fridge, a kettle, a dishwasher, a stove and a microwave

For a fee, we can also rent a bar

We offer all-day meals to schools and children's groups

When using our other accommodation options in close proximity to the cottage, we offer accommodation for up to 75 people (Chatky Lesná, Pension Lesná)

We always offer the cottage as a whole for a group, we do not rent individual rooms

Guests can use a fireplace including a grill for grilling at the next guest house, as well as facilities for children, a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, a football field and, in the summer months, an outdoor pool (before renovation)

We also offer the possibility of using a Finnish sauna with a cooling pool and a rest room (for a fee)

The capacity of the sauna is 6 people.

Bedrooms and rooms: All rooms are located on the 1st floor, they have shared bathroom facilities in the corridor, separate for ladies and gentlemen (newly renovated bathrooms)

Men's bathroom on the 1st floor - 1x toilet, 1x sink, 2x shower

Part of the social room is another women's bathroom (2x WC, 2x shower) and 2x men's WC (before reconstruction).

Heating: The building is heated by a fireplace stove with an exchanger in the common room

With regular filling, the building is heated to a pleasant 19 - 21 degrees even in the winter months

There are 2 direct heaters for ice creams.

Transportation, parking: Parking directly at the building, or at the pension building across the street.

Dining

Self-catering, available kitchenette equipped with the necessary dishes, fridge, kettle, dishwasher, stove and microwave

We can also rent a bar for an additional fee

We offer all-day meals to children's groups

For other groups, we offer, upon agreement, the possibility of securing e.g

banquets, from nearby restaurants you can take e.g

pizza.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

We only provide the building as a whole to groups of friends, families, children's groups or company meetings, etc.

The price is given for the entire object for a group of up to 20 people, each additional person over 20 for a fee of CZK 300/night.

Stay for 2 - 3 nights - CZK 7,000/night

Stay for 4 - 6 nights - CZK 6,500/night

Stay for 7 nights - CZK 40,000/stay

We are always happy to create a specific price offer tailored to the date and number of people.

Child up to 1.99 years without the right to a bed for a fee of CZK 80/night.

For accommodation for only 1 night (only by agreement outside holidays and public holidays, etc.) we charge an additional fee of 50% of the price.

The price does not include only the local fee to the village of Jiřetín pod Jedlovou - CZK 25/night/adult.

Bedding and energy included in the price of the object, towels (50x100) depending on the number of people, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, etc.

When booking accommodation, a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is charged.

Cancellation terms:

If the stay is canceled less than 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the amount of the selected deposit for the stay, if the stay is canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the amount of the selected deposit for the stay.
