The luxuriously equipped cottage is located almost on the very shore of the famous fishing ground, Peklo pond, about 7 km from Polička
If you are a lover of the beauty of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands and you like wandering through untouched nature, cycling through the beauties of the Highlands, skiing in the winter, or just nostalgically sitting by the campfire or tying your rods and relaxing while fishing, then you are in the right place.
Bedrooms and rooms: All bedrooms are located on the second floor
Access is only possible via a staircase that ends in a small corridor
From here there are separate entrances to the individual rooms
Blue room - double bed and single bed ideal for a family of three
The room is decorated in blue and white with stylish furniture reminiscent of the Mediterranean countryside
Lila room - double bed and two single beds
Ideal for two adults and two children
The room is decorated in the color of lavender flowers and, together with stylish furniture, evokes the idea of a night spent in Provence
Green room - is equipped with a wardrobe and beds
It is painted in the color of ripening olives and will comfortably sleep two people
The room is very lofty, but sufficient for a night's sleep.
Sanitary facilities: In the bathroom you will find a shower, a sink and a small sauna that can comfortably fit two people
A shower is used to cool down, and on winter days it is ideal to run outside in the snow
The toilet is then located separately next to the bathroom.
Heating: For winter operation, the building is equipped with direct heating panels and ladders
The main source of heat during a stay in winter is the Jotul cast-iron fireplace stove
A heat pump prepares hot water of sufficient volume.
Transportation, parking: Parking at the cottage
The parking lot can comfortably fit 3 cars
If that wasn't enough, there is an additional parking space about 50 meters from the cottage.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing food by cooking, baking, frying
There is an American fridge in the kitchen
Dining in a restaurant is possible in Polička or Bystrém.
The kitchen is equipped with a new American refrigerator with an ice maker, a stove with a glass ceramic plate, a dishwasher and a microwave oven, a BOSCH - TASSIMO capsule coffee machine, a toaster, TV, SAT, WI - FI and a stereo
The building also includes a small sauna
There is a small ornamental pond on the property, which is not suitable for swimming!! There is also a swing
It is possible to grill in the closed pergola, which is in close proximity to the cottage
We recommend bringing your own slippers to the cottage, especially in the winter months.

After booking, a deposit of K2,000 is charged, which is deducted from the total price
Handing over the cottage in a clean condition is a prerequisite for the satisfaction of both parties
We do not charge for heating wood
