The cottage is situated directly on the top of Jedlové hora by the lookout tower in the landscape of Czech-Saxon Switzerland and the Lusatian Mountains
The cottage includes two separate apartments, each with its own entrance and shared garden
The wooden mountain hut offers accommodation throughout the year
In the summer season mainly weekly stays, out of season also the possibility of weekend accommodation
The apartments are fully furnished
A large apartment for 4 - 7 people offers two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet
A small one-room apartment for 2-3 people with a private bathroom is equipped with a large double bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, TV
There is a garden with outdoor seating and a grill.
Bedrooms and rooms: Large apartment - bedroom for 3 people (one double bed and one single bed), further sleeping loft above the kitchen for 2 - 4 people and a large sofa bed in the living room
Small apartment - large double bed for 2 people and a sofa bed.
Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
Heating: Fireplace stove with electric heating, the small apartment is heated by direct heaters.
Transportation, parking: It is possible to park for free directly at the cottage only from April to October (depending on snow conditions)
The road to the top is narrow (only for one vehicle), there is a ban on entry, which does not apply to accommodated guests, in case of meeting two cars, it is necessary to avoid (there are several places on the road where it is possible to avoid), the last 300 m below the top there is a gradient of up to 21% (not suitable for novice drivers)
In the winter months, it is not possible to drive directly to the cottage (snow chains are recommended), you can leave your car at the nearest approx. 400 m from the cottage under the steepest slope, or 1.5 km from the cottage in case of a large amount of snow
If the road is impassable in winter, we will arrange for luggage collection on the day of arrival and departure.
Own meals
About 50 meters from the cottage there is a restaurant right by the lookout tower
The nearest shop, another restaurant or even a pastry shop is located directly in the village of Jiřetín pod Jedlovou, approx. 3.5 km away.

The minimum price for an apartment is CZK 2,200/night (in the case of accommodation for only 2 - 3 people).

It is always possible to stay for at least 2 nights, during the summer holidays for at least 5 nights, or by arrangement.
For weekly stays and longer stays outside the holiday period, we offer discounts to guests according to individual demand.
Children up to 1.99 years without the right to a bed - CZK 100 per night
The price includes bed linen, towels, electricity, local fees to the village (CZK 25 per person per night), wood for heating in winter, i.e. no additional fees.
When booking accommodation, a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is charged
The additional payment must be sent one week before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
If the stay is canceled less than 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the amount of the selected deposit for the stay, if the stay is canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the amount of the selected deposit for the stay.
