We offer to rent a newly built cottage in a quiet cottage area near the Vranov dam
The cottage is located directly in the forest, the distance to the water is 100m, this locality is very suitable for family recreation, fishing, cycling, walking in the forest and relaxation
About 7 km from the cottage is Camping Vranov Beach with many restaurants, shops and water activities for children and adults
Nearby are attractions for water activities - water park Bítov (6km), Laa an der Thaya (64 km) - thermal baths, swimming pools, saunas, fitness, Aqualand Moravia (79 km), for shopping - Znojmo (25 km) Hatě, Chvalovice, trips to Austria, wine trails, various cultural events are around the whole season
The dry cellar allows storage of bicycles, scooters, etc.
Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage contains three separate bedrooms with a double bed and an attic with one fixed bed and 4 mattresses
The attic is very suitable for children, there are pillows for sitting, games, toys and light that allows you to change the color of lighting
Each bedroom, including attic contains storage space for clothing
Most of the equipment is brand new - beds, mattresses, duvets, blankets, bed linen, furniture, kitchen equipment, plates, glasses, appliances ...
Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor is a bathroom with shower and separate toilet
Another shower and toilet with sink is in the cellar.
Heating: Heating of the whole building is provided by an electric boiler, on the ground floor there is underfloor heating, on the 1st floor are radiators and in the attic taps using heaters (mostly only 1 - 2 hours on the first day of stay)
Furthermore, it is possible to heat in a fireplace that has heat distribution to the 1st floor, from where the heat continues to rise to the attic
The building is newly built, so it is quickly heated and the heat has long maintained
In winter we can heat the building before your arrival.
Transportation, parking: You can park directly at the cottage
The driveway is old asphalt.
Eating is its own, the kitchen contains everything needed for cooking and dining
The nearest restaurants are in Vranove nad Dyjí, on the village square and at the beach
Many restaurants and fast food can also be found in Znojmo.
Fully equipped kitchen includes hob, oven, fridge with freezer (3 drawers), washing machine, microwave, kettle, beater, bar blender, weight, coffee maker and holiday necessity - beep built in the kitchen line and allows 2 different drinks (such as beer and lemonade)
Especially because of lemonade is very popular with children who can be able to spin drinks even for adults after a short training
There is also plastic dishes for children
Cooling is in the cellar where they also put barrels
There is a fireplace, TV, seat and table for 6-8 people in the living area

A little bit from the cottage is a place by the water, which is maintained and used for fishing, natural bathing and there is a boat that is also fully available for rides around the dam.

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.
Operation all year round, always personal handover and receipt.
Arrival possible from 13.00, departure to 11.00.
For weekend stays out of season it is possible to arrange an earlier arrival on Friday and later departure on Sunday (currently according to further occupancy of the cottage).
The price includes clean bedding, cloths, jar, liquid soap, 1 toilet paper, firewood wood, or heating in the fireplace
Energy is paid when the stay is completed according to the current state of 1 kWh 10 CZK.
The deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is paid by transfer to the owner's account during booking, surcharge at the start of the stay together with deposit of CZK 5,000
The bail will be returned after the stay
A proper contract with the handover protocol will be drawn up when the cottage is taken over.
Cancelist: We return 100% of the redemption when we cancel the rent 1 month before the start of the stay.
