We offer for rent a newly built cottage in a quiet cottage area near the Vranovská dam
The cottage is located directly in the forest, the distance to the water is 100m, this location is very suitable for family recreation, fishing, cycling, walking in the forest and relaxation
Approximately 7 km from the cottage is Camping Vranovská beach with many restaurants, shops and water activities for children and adults
Nearby are attractions for water activities - Bítov Water Park (6 km), Laa an der Thaya (64 km) - thermal baths, pools, saunas, fitness, Aqualand Moravia (79 km), for shopping - Znojmo (25 km), Freeport Hatě, Chvalovice, trips to Austria, wine trails, various cultural events are nearby all season long
A dry cellar allows storage of bicycles, scooters, etc.
Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage contains three separate bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with one fixed bed and 4 mattresses
The loft is very suitable for children, there are cushions to sit on, games, toys and a light that allows you to change the color of the lighting
Each bedroom, including the loft, has storage space for clothes
Most of the equipment is brand new - beds, mattresses, duvets, blankets, bedding, furniture, kitchen equipment, plates, glasses, appliances...
Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet
Another shower and toilet with sink is in the basement.
Heating: The entire building is heated by an electric boiler, there is underfloor heating on the ground floor, radiators on the 1st floor, and direct heaters in the attic (mostly only 1-2 hours on the first day of stay)
It is also possible to heat in the fireplace, which has heat distribution to the 1st floor, from where the heat continuously rises to the attic
The building is newly built, so it is quickly heated and retains heat for a long time
In winter, we can heat the building before your arrival.
Transportation, parking: You can park right next to the cottage
The driveway is old asphalt.
Meals are self-catering, the kitchen contains everything needed for cooking and dining
The nearest restaurants are in Vranov nad Dyjí, in the village and by the beach
You can also find many restaurants and fast food in Znojmo.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge-freezer (3 drawers), washing machine, microwave, kettle, whisk, hand blender, scales, coffee machine and a holiday essential - a tap that is built into the kitchen counter and allows you to dispense 2 different drinks (such as beer and soda)
Especially because of the lemonade, it is very popular with children who, after a short training, can also spin drinks for adults
There are also plastic dishes for children
Cooling is in the cellar, where the barrels are also put
There is another freezer in the basement for large supplies, or skilled fishermen to freeze their catches
The living room has a fireplace, TV, sofa and table for 6-8 people
Outside there is a covered porch with wood for heating, an armchair and a large table and 2 benches
You also have a smokehouse, an outdoor charcoal grill, an open fire pit, skewers for roasting kebabs and a 3-legged cauldron for cooking stew, a table for cleaning fish, etc.

A short distance from the cottage is a place by the water, which is maintained and is used for fishing, natural swimming, and there is a boat located here, which is also fully available to you for rides on the dam.

Year-round operation, always personal delivery and collection.
Arrival possible from 14.00, departure until 10.00.
For weekend stays outside the season, it is possible to arrange an earlier arrival on Friday and a later departure on Sunday (currently depending on the next occupancy of the cottage).
The price includes clean sheets, towels, Jar, liquid soap, 1 toilet paper, wood for the fireplace or heating in the fireplace
Energy is paid additionally at the end of the stay according to the current status of 1 kWh 10 CZK.
A deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is paid by transfer to the owner's account at the time of booking, additional payment at the start of the stay together with a deposit of CZK 5,000
After the end of the stay, the deposit will be returned
When taking over the cottage, a proper contract with a handover protocol will be drawn up.
Cancellation fee: if the rental is canceled 1 month before the start of the stay, we return 100% of the paid deposit.
