The payment of a deposit of 50% of the estimated price of accommodation is required to confirm the reservation
The deposit must be paid no later than 5 days of receipt of the binding confirmation of the reservation or by immediately in the case of booking 7 or less days before boarding
If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the reservation will disappear
The deposit is paid by bank transfer on the basis of a written confirmation of reservation
If the client's stay is shortened, there is no entitlement to a refund
The surcharge for the stay to meet the advantage of 50% is paid by transfer to the account 14 days before the start of your stay
For less than 6 night stays, 100% of the price is paid to the account.
Cancellation conditions related to the cancellation of the reservation of accommodation by the guest:
30% of the price of accommodation if there is a cancellation of 30 days or more before the date of arrival
50% of the price of accommodation if you cancel 29 days to 14 days before the date of arrival
100% of the price of accommodation, if canceling from 13 days to 1 day before the date of arrival, or if the client does not enter the stay
By paying the advance for the stay, the client agrees with the above booking and cancellation conditions (including cancellation fees)

If the backup is claimed, the deposit is sent back to the account within 30 days
