Our cottage has a nice view of Lake Lipno, which offers quality swimming in the summer
The cottage can be rented from May to September
Our Lipno accommodation offer is suitable for families with children, fishermen, cyclists, skaters and tourists
A fish restaurant with a private pond is located approx. 100m from our cottage, where even non-members of the Czech Republic can fish for a fee, located approx. 50m from the cottage
The possibility of refreshments and other active activities for your children in nearby restaurants located (50m - 200m) from the cottage
The rented cottage has a plot of 200 m² with outdoor seating in the garden and a plot for ball games with an area of 800 m²
The cottage is connected by two other cottages, but they are completely separated by a hedge and have their own entrance and land

Pets by arrangement with the owner
In the event of an agreement, a dog fee of CZK 90/night is charged.
Bedrooms and rooms: In the attic there are two cozy, separate double bedrooms separated by a door
In the first living room there is an airfield, a wardrobe, a wardrobe, a small table, two armchairs
This bedroom leads to the loggia, where there is a pleasant sitting area with a beautiful view of the landscape and the lake
In the second separate, smaller bedroom open to the staircase (suitable for children) there is an airport, 2 x bookcases and a wardrobe
Another bed is located in the living room kitchen (wooden folding bed made of solid wood for a possible extra bed).
Sanitary facilities: One bathroom with shower, cabinet with sink and hanging toilet
Guests bring their own towels.
Heating: Wood stoves and wood pellets can be used as agreed with the owner.
Transportation, parking: Paved driveway and parking right next to the building - large parking lot (2 parking spaces).
Possibility to use own equipped kitchen or meals in nearby restaurants approx. 50 - 200m and other active activities for children (trampoline, swings and children's corner).

This layout of the cottage allows, for example,
when the children are put to sleep, continue the free entertainment on the ground floor
The living room kitchen with a kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, an electric stove with a ceramic hob + MT oven, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine

The price includes:
- accommodation in a modernly furnished brick cottage
- use of the adjacent land at the cottage (300m2)
- land for ball games (800 m2)
- basement space for storing bikes, etc
- use of an equipped kitchen
- export of septic tank
- liquid soap, jar, 1x roll of toilet paper, 1x roll of kitchen towel, 1x dish sponge
- cleaning and cleaning products
The price does not include:
- payment for actual energy consumption CZK 8/1kw
- coffee machine capsules
BOSCH (TASSIMO capsules)
- charcoal, firewood for the outdoor grill
- firewood, pellets and chips for heating in a fireplace stove
- accommodation fees CZK 40 per adult/night
Guests bring their own sheets, towels, tea towels and dish towels.
To use the BOSCH coffee machine, it is necessary to buy TASSIMO capsules.

Payment and cancellation conditions in high season:
- deposit for accommodation in the amount of 50% of the total weekly price for accommodation, i.e
CZK 7,995 within a week of the request
- additional payment for accommodation is 1 month before arrival in the amount of CZK 7,995 (when booking one week in high season)

Cancellations must be made via e-mail
In case of earlier departure or later arrival than was booked, there is no right to refund the money already paid.
If the stay is canceled by the provider before starting the accommodation, the guest will receive 100% of the amount paid.
