Welcome to Velký Rybník, in our newly built cottage "Naďa", which is located on the bank of the pond in the popular and quiet recreation area Velký Rybník near Hroznětín near Karlovy Vary in the immediate vicinity of the Ore Mountains

The cottage is intended for year-round rental

Maximum number of people: 2 adults and 1 older or 2 small children

Total area: 47 m² /classic 2 + KK/, plus 400 m² garden

We believe that whether you are sunbathing with a book in the garden, going on bike tours, picking mushrooms in the surrounding forests, fishing in our pond, walking along the ridges of the Ore Mountains, visiting castles and chateaux or drinking coffee or thermal healing springs on the historic promenade in Karlovy Varech, Mariánské or Františkovy Lázní (so-called

Such a sunny breakfast in front of the cottage in the shade of a cherry tree with a view of the calm surface of the pond, a walk around the water to a classic cottage settlement, a trip through the fragrant fields to Hroznětín for an ice cream or a barbecue at sunset with beer from the local brewery - this is what you look forward to all year round .

Accommodation in the Cabin

Living room - corner sofa-folding set, chest of drawers, coffee table, TV, floor lamp, natural-scented wooden walls

Kitchen - fully equipped, fridge with freezer, kitchen table and 4 chairs, corner kitchen unit, food cupboard, kettle, microwave, glass-ceramic two-plate stove

Bedroom - for a good night's sleep, we have prepared a quality double bed with slatted mattresses, bedside tables with lamps and a spacious three-piece wardrobe with a mirror

A cot is available, if needed.

Sanitary facilities: Sanitary facilities - shower and sink with warm water, flush toilet, bathroom cabinet with gallery, heated towel rail, hairdryer

In the building, water from its own well is diverted, suitable for showering, washing dishes and cooking, but it is not intended for direct consumption only because the iron content is slightly exceeded / a current confirmation of water quality and its soundness from the Hygiene Station of Karlovy Vary is always available /

Drinking water is secured in the original packaging.

Heating: The cottage is intended for year-round living

Heating and water heating is provided by a new electric boiler.

Transportation, parking: You can park your car safely in the garden next to the cottage behind a lockable gate

The train stop (direction Karlovy Vary - 14 minutes drive, direction Merklín - 9 minutes) is 1.2 km away/approx. 20 minutes on foot

The bus stop is also in the village of Velký Rybník, near the pub "U Hastrmana".

Dining

For your maximum comfort, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric double stove, fridge with freezer, microwave and kettle

After a nice walk along the shore of the pond, you will reach Hospůdka Na Hrázi (garden with a view of the pond, beer, limo, sausages) in about 20 minutes, and after another 5 minutes' walk you will come to the excellent Hospůdka U Páji, where they cook excellently, have a children's corner and a netball court for rent

After another five minutes' walk, near the bus stop, you will find the famous Hastrman Velký rybník home brewery, which brews award-winning beer specials and classic lagers

The excursion inn Rafanda also cooks excellently /drop-off from Hroznětín to Merklín/

By car (by bike) 10km/14min to Ostrov, where there is a decent selection of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, or to Karlovy Vary it is only 10km/15min.

Cabin furnishings

For free time, you can use a small library, a terrace with a pergola, with garden furniture and a parasol, reclining deckchairs, a charcoal grill

Lockable sheet metal garage - for storage of garden furniture, plastic chest for seat cushions, skis, clothes dryer, rack for your own bicycles, etc.

Unfortunately, staying with pets is not possible

Smoking is prohibited inside the cottage.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Weekly stay (Saturday-Saturday), eviction by 10 a.m., move-in from 2 p.m. or by agreement.

Other options are possible upon agreement, at least 3 nights.

A deposit of CZK 5,000 is payable in cash upon arrival and refundable upon departure.

The price of the stay includes:

- accommodation, utility water, drinking water, bed linen, tea towels, towels 2 pcs / person / stay.

Price does not include :

- refundable deposit,

- electricity consumption

energy, will be reimbursed according to actual consumption on the day of departure.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

- 50% deposit payable on account within three days of booking confirmation, additional payment on account no later than 7 days before arrival

- cancellation of the reservation 20 or more days before arrival: no cancellation fees (we return the entire amount of the paid deposit)

- cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days before arrival: the cancellation fee is 30% of the price of the stay

- cancellation of the reservation less than 3 days before arrival or non-payment of the additional payment no later than 3 days before arrival: the cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the stay (the deposit paid is already non-refundable)

We will send you detailed information about handing over the cottage, the best way to get to us, etc., no later than a week before your arrival.
