Two apartments located in a cottage settlement above the river Teplá Vltava almost on the border of the forest and, among other things,

Availibility, fees, price specifications

In the main season (spring and summer holidays) only weekly stays are possible, starting day is Saturday

In May, June and September, the price is CZK 17,900/week for both apartments.

The minimum length of stay is 2 nights

For long weekends during holidays and national holidays (from Thursday to Sunday, or

from Friday to Monday) the price is CZK 11,900.

Extended weekends without vacations and public holidays CZK 9,900

The stated price is always for both apartments

Payment of 50% of the price when booking

The surcharge must be paid one week before arrival

Before the start of the stay, payment of a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 for each apartment to a bank account.

The price includes bed linen, towels, toiletries

paper, tea towel + cloth/sponge for dishes, final cleaning, recreation fee to the village CZK 20 per person per day (this fee does not apply to children and youth under 18 years of age and to other persons exempted by the Decree).

The price does not include electricity consumption - we charge CZK 4.50 per kwh.

(average consumption in winter is CZK 750/week/1 apartment, in summer CZK 250/week/1 apartment)

Fee for using the sauna: CZK 250 (paid only once even if the sauna is used several times) + electricity consumption

We will provide a sheet/towel for a fee of CZK 30
