On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet

There are two bedrooms in the attic, one with access to a balcony overlooking the lake

The cottage has a partial basement

A lockable cellar space is suitable for e.g

for storing bicycles, fishing tackle, boats, etc

In addition, a spacious covered seating area under the terrace and an open-air fireplace

There are two wells near the cottage.

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 5 people in 2 bedrooms

Bedrooms and rooms: 1st walk-through bedroom has two single beds, 2nd bedroom has one double bed and one other single bed

In the living room there is also a sofa bed for two people, LCD TV, wifi - unlimited internet, fireplace stove.

Sanitary facilities: Fully equipped bathroom with toilet and shower, with electric boiler and electric direct heater for heating, (1 shower, 1 sink, 1 toilet, heater).

Heating: Heating of the living spaces with a fireplace stove (ceiling vent to the upper bedroom), an electric direct heater hung on the wall in the bathroom.

Transportation, parking: Parking at the property, large space for parking several cars

The cottage is on a gentle hill, access is via a gravel road connected to the main road.

Dining

The cottage has a fully equipped new kitchen, including the necessary appliances (fridge with freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven, kettle)

Part of the garden area is a fireplace with seating and covered outdoor seating with a grill

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Price includes:

• Water and sewage • electricity consumption

energy up to 40 kWh/week, (in case of exceeding the limit of the additional payment of the price for consumption according to the tariff) • wood chips for heating • toilet paper • liquid soap and detergents.

The price does not include:

• Refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 (paid when taking over the cottage), which is returned after the end of the stay, or when handing over the cottage upon departure, the payment for the consumption of electricity above the above number of kWh is deducted from it and any damage to the building and its equipment is covered

Amount per kWh according to the current price list.

•Recreation fee paid by the MÚ according to the current price list.

• Bed linen and towels - can be supplied for a fee, must be arranged in advance.

Final cleaning - guests do it themselves or it can be ordered in advance for a fee

Length of rental:

In the summer season, the cottage is always rented for a whole week - from Saturday to Saturday

Check-in is always on Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m

Handover of the cottage takes place on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m

When starting on other days, arrival by mutual agreement

Only natural persons over the age of 18 can book a stay

A binding reservation is made after a 50% deposit has been paid to the lessor's account

We will inform you about crediting the amount

If the deposit is not paid on time, the reservation will be cancelled

The difference between the actual price and the paid reservation for the stay will be payable to the lessor's account 14 days before arrival or paid in cash on the day of arrival.
