Former pension XANADU, (originally a tourist hostel) (we return the deposit during government measures) twenty meters from the Seč dam with a common room, a large terrace and a pergola. Pub, fireplace, football, tv, boat, grill, fireplace, whirlpool.
Bedrooms and rooms: Accommodation in 8 double rooms and 2 triple rooms. In the attic, possible possibility of sleeping another 7 people on mattresses with their own sleeping bags.
Sanitary facilities: Sanitary facilities common on the first floor 2x toilet, 2x bathroom with two sinks and shower, on the ground floor 3x toilet next to the living room + 2X urinal.
Heating: Fireplace heating in the living room. Direct heaters installed in the rooms.
The building is not directly intended for winter operation.
Transportation, parking: Arrival is possible to the place on a paved road, parking on a grassy area, the price of accommodation includes parking for about 6 cars.
Own - kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, gas grill, lava grill, induction hob, microwave, salamander, 3x refrigerator, salad, freezer, dishwasher, in the cottage is DRINKING WATER .. Possibility to buy all food 500m from the building in Hoješín. Summer pub pod Drnem 50 m with meals and country evenings.
Large lounge with fireplace, TV, furnished bar, bar and beer cooler (for kegs).
Large beverage refrigerator. Table football.

SUMMER SEASON 36000, - per week in July August, 24000, - per week in June, out of summer season 17000, - per week. In the period of June, July and August, we only rent for whole weeks. Included in the price is the possibility of sleeping another 7 people in the attic. The price of the stay does not include energy, which is calculated according to reality. Available beer tap equipment in the living room, football, boat, outdoor hot tub for 7 people. Stay with a dog only by prior arrangement.
