Cottage with a heated bathing barrel is located on the shores of Lipno, 100m from the sandy beach of the lake on a closed maintained plot of 600m² at an altitude of 750mnm. Its location and equipment suitable for lovers of water sports, cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and in winter for fans of winter sports, all kinds of skiing and skating on a groomed track on the lake. The land is divided into two height levels. In the lower part there is a sitting table by the stone table with the possibility of grilling. On the upper level there is a sitting area overlooking the lake.

Sanitary facilities: NEW. There are two toilets in the cottage. One separate hanging toilet with sink and the other in the bathroom. The new bathroom is equipped with a massage shower with integrated radio, double sink and hanging toilet.
Heating: Heating with gas, electricity or wood in the fireplace insert.
Transportation, parking: At the Lipno1.cz cottage there are two parking spaces on a lockable plot.
