The price for 1-4 persons per night in the apartment is CZK 3,000 for accommodation for 2 or more nights.
The price for 1-4 persons and one night in the apartment is CZK 3,500.
The price is final, only the local stay fee of CZK 20/person/day is not included.
Arrival at the accommodation is possible from 15:00 (other time by agreement).
Handover of the object upon departure by 10:00 a.m.
Deposit for accommodation required before starting the stay.
A deposit of 50% of the total apartment rental price must be paid within three working days after your reservation is confirmed
The additional payment is due 21 days before starting the accommodation
If your stay starts in 21 days or less, the full amount for the stay is paid after confirmation of the reservation
You will receive the payment details in the booking confirmation.
In the period from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., it is necessary to observe the night silence!

Cancellation fees:
If the customer cancels the binding stay, cancellation fees will be charged
Their amount is determined depending on the time remaining until the start of the stay (the start day is not included), as follows:
21 - 15 days before arrival - 50% of the price of the stay
14 days or less before arrival - 100% of the price of the stay
Customers use the booked stay at their own risk
We are not responsible for injuries, damage and destruction of property (responsibility for damage caused to health and property to a third party), for the theft of luggage during a holiday stay, as well as for damage caused by natural elements or disasters and for damage associated with these events.
We do not provide the apartment for "noisy events" (bachelorette parties, celebrations, parties...)
The sleeping of other unreported persons is prohibited
If the apartment is dirty, the cleaning is carried out by the guests, who also pay for damages that arise in the event of a violation of the accommodation conditions.
