The low-energy and comfortably equipped Chata Modřín is located in a quiet environment in the quiet settlement of Filipovice/ Bělá pod Pradědem in Jeseníky
The above-standard equipped cottage offers comfortable accommodation for 12 people / in 4 separate bedrooms / + the option of 3 extra beds for smaller visitors
Every summer, for our guests, we have an outdoor above-ground pool and an outdoor hot tub in the garden, newly roofed with side glass and sliding walls, for greater comfort and privacy in all weathers, even in winter :-)
On the ground floor there is a large common room with a living room, a dining area and a kitchen where you can make a delicious capsule espresso in a Nespresso coffee machine :-)
There is also a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, a separate toilet, a Finnish sauna and a relaxation room, a room for skis and a boot dryer, and in the summer this room is used for safe storage of bicycles
Upstairs there are four separate bedrooms, two of which are maisonettes, there is also a second bathroom with shower and toilet, and there is also a small playroom in the attic
The equipment of the cottage includes a high-heat fireplace, TV, wi-fi, an outdoor hot tub - newly roofed and a terrace with seating
The ground floor of the cottage is sounded by Dexon players, communicating via USB, SD or Bluetooth
You can easily play your favorite music directly from your phone.
Bedrooms and rooms: Upstairs you will find four separate bedrooms: for a total of 12 people:
2x double beds (each has a double bed + the possibility of an extra bed) a
2x double + in addition with a duplex second bedroom (double bed) upstairs (each bedroom and duplex has a double bed for 2 people)

Transportation, parking: Parking directly on the property next to the cottage.
For meals in Filipovice (close to the cottage approx. 200 m - 3 minutes on foot), it is possible to use the Pepovka restaurant or the Stará Pošta restaurant 1 km away.

The accommodation price includes:

Payment Terms:
When booking, a deposit of 60% of the price of the stay is payable from 3-10 days
Additional payment - 30 days before arrival
Refundable security deposit for utilities and damage-free course according to length of stay: CZK 3,000 - CZK 6,000 in cash on the day of arrival
The lessor reserves the right to change the price list during the year, or individual prices for individual dates
The valid price is the price stated in the written confirmation of the ordered reservation
