We will be happy to welcome you in a small family cottage located in a quiet part of the Třešňovka recreation area near the Jesenické dam

The Jesenické dam is one of the sought-after water reservoirs due to its exceptionally clean water, area and weather conditions suitable not only for surfers

The banks of the dam are also excellent for fishing

There is a public swimming pool near the cottage, where you can rent boats, punts, etc

There is also a sports and small children's center here

The dam is located in the so-called

spa triangle, formed by the cities of Karlovy Vary (45 km away), Mariánské Lázně (23 km) and Františkovy Lázně (11 km)

The nearest town is the town of Cheb (7 km) with complete civic amenities (supermarket network, hospital, etc

)

The cottage is situated in the middle of a picturesque garden

The land is completely fenced with a hedge, which will provide you with enough privacy

There are fruit trees and bushes in the garden, the fruits of which can be consumed by agreement

There is also garden furniture (4 chairs and a table), a multi-seater garden swing with a canopy, an ornamental pond

A portable grill and fire pit are available

The cottage includes a small natural corner with a jetty on the bank of the dam, ideal for swimming and sunbathing

The entry into the water here is gradual, with sand and stones at the bottom

We recommend swimming shoes for more sensitive individuals

The corner is also suitable for passionate fishermen, it is necessary to have a fishing permit

Bedrooms and rooms: The interior of the cottage consists of one bedroom, living room, kitchen, porch, bathroom and separate toilet

The bedroom has 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe

In the living area there are 2 sofa beds, LCD TV, radio, conference table, chest of drawers, heating

Porch: small dining table and bench.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom: shower and sink with hot domestic water, boiler, separate toilet with sink and flow heater and a large cupboard.

Heating: Electric radiator

Transportation, parking: Covered parking space in the garden next to the cottage.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The building is rented from spring to autumn

Weekend stays possible only outside the main season (July, August) by agreement

In the event that the client's stay is shortened after arrival without a serious reason, this will not be taken into account and payment will be made in full, i.e.

for 8 days (7 nights) and the client is not entitled to a refund of the proportional amount of the payment for unused days

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer within 21 days before the planned arrival, the accommodation provider undertakes not to demand any cancellation fee from the customer.

If the reservation is canceled 20 - 14 days before arrival, 30% of the total price of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled 13 - 2 days before arrival, 50% of the total price of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled 1 day before arrival or on the day of arrival, 100% of the total price of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Arrival always on Saturdays between 2 - 3 p.m

Departure the following Saturday by 10 a.m

We ask guests to respect the specified arrival and departure times

Other times only exceptionally by mutual agreement.

The price includes the payment of electricity as part of the normal use of the building

If disproportionate consumption occurs, this will subsequently be charged according to the deduction from the refundable deposit.

Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation

As there is no source of drinking water in the building, approx. 50 l of freshly drawn drinking water is always available in the kitchen upon arrival

Smoking is prohibited in the cottage, the area with the ashtray is outside under the covered pergola.

Pets allowed /dog, cat/ only with own bed + CZK 350 for 7 days

Dogs only socialized, non-aggressive and non-barking

Please clean excrement in containers, not in the garden or compost.

There is a fireplace in the cottage, which is only used for decoration

It is not operable

The client undertakes not to use it for heating

This is solved by an electric radiator.

After making the reservation, please pay a deposit of 20% of the total price of the stay to your bank account within 7 days

The rest of the price will be requested in cash when the object is handed over for use

At the same time, I will ask for a deposit of 2,000 crowns

It will be returned to the client on the day of departure

If the guest consumes more energy and firewood than the set limit, the bill will be made from the deposit

If the object, its parts or equipment is damaged by the guest, the damage will be covered from the deposit in question.
