An atypical, romantic summer cottage with a semi-open gazebo, a swimming pool and a tennis court in a quiet environment on the outskirts of the village of Drahenice, 20 km from Příbram in Central Bohemia
The most interesting space is the semi-open gazebo, where there is a kitchen, with the possibility to cook food on a two-burner induction hob, a fridge with a freezer, an electric kettle, an outdoor grill, a microwave oven, a dining table, benches and chairs.

The property is fenced, completely separated from the owner's garden

Transportation, parking: You can park directly at the building in the garden, which is fenced.
One option is to prepare food directly in the kitchen or on the grill
The local inn near Birhanzlů is excellent after a hot day where you can refresh yourself
The nearest restaurant, where you can have a hot meal, is located in Martinice - the Equitana resort, in Březnice Restaurant u statkář, or restaurant Špejchar
Food, flowers, clothes and supermarkets/Penny and Norma/ can be found in Březnice 5 km away.

We rent the building from mid-May after the completion of work both on the building and on the tennis court, and putting the gazebo into operation.

We consider a long weekend from Friday to Sunday.
In the summer season from 15.6.-31.8.2024 we rent the building only for 1 week, i.e.
from Saturday to Saturday.
After booking the date, an advance invoice will be issued, which is due in 7 days
The deposit is equal to half of the payment and is paid to the account
After payment, the object is reserved
The next payment is made to the owner's account before arrival
Stay in the summer season, starts from Saturday 14:00, when the keys are handed over until Saturday 10:00
If the arrival date changes to a later hour, please send the information or call
For other dates, it is possible to arrange the arrival time individually
A fee is charged for the consumption of electricity
