Chalupa Abecha is located in Dolní Poustevná, in a quiet part of Karlín, close to a forest, a pond and a train station

It is 2.5 km from the German border and approx. 30 minutes by car to the Czech - Saxon Switzerland National Park

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: There are two bedrooms on the first floor

1) Double bed 180x200 + single bed (total for 3 persons)

2) Double bed 160x200 (2 persons)

On the ground floor there is a newly renovated bedroom with a bunk bed for 3 children or 2 adults

The load capacity of each bed is 70 kg

Bed linen is included in the price.

Sanitary facilities: 1 shared bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor.

Heating: In the living room, the possibility of heating in a fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom, electric heating in the rest of the house

In the summer months, the surcharge for wood is CZK 3,000

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible in the garden, but the driveway is only 2.30m wide.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The total price for the entire object for 7 nights is CZK 25,000, without additional fees.

Payment is made only by bank transfer based on an invoice issued approximately 40 days before the guest's arrival.

If the guest does not pay the invoice by the due date, the reservation is invalid.

If the guest cancels his reservation for any reason 30-15 days before his arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the price

If the guest cancels his reservation for any reason 15-0 days before his arrival or does not arrive at all, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price.
