Herberk or cottage, cottage, guesthouse in the heart of the Jizera Mountains with a view of the meadow and the surrounding wooded hills

A place with history that has been used for recreation for the past 50 years

Ideal for a larger group of athletes or families with children

Very good accessibility even in winter

The building is undergoing constant renovation, so the attached photos may not be current, but in a positive direction, for example the dining room is no longer orange :-)

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: At the Blue Quail, 31 people can be comfortably accommodated on comfortable separate beds, which can be conveniently joined or separated according to the needs of the guests

Baby cots can be added (we have 3 of our own) There are eight spacious bedrooms, a shared kitchen, dining room, small kitchenette upstairs and a common room with a games room

WC and showers are shared

Herberk is constantly undergoing modifications

It is equipped with partially original furniture, which has been restored and supplemented with new ones

In 2021,we completely renovated the kitchen, in 2022 all the toilets were renovated, one bathroom added.

WiFi is available in the building.

Sanitary facilities: There are two toilets and one shower directly on the ground floor

There is another toilet with a sink on the mezzanine

On the first floor there are two separate showers with a sink and the original bathroom with a bathtub

Another toilet and bathroom with shower are in the attic

Rooms no 1 to 6 have their own sink directly in the room.

Heating: In 2021,we carried out a complete reconstruction of the heating system

We have two state - of - the - art condensing gas boilers, a 600l stainless steel boiler and all new radiators.

Transportation, parking: Sufficient parking capacity right next to the building.

Dining

Several restaurants in the vicinity can be reached by car within 5 minutes, 15 minutes walk.

Cabin furnishings

The spacious kitchen has been completely renovated

It is equipped with two built - in dishwashers, three free - standing refrigerators, two convection ovens and two glass - ceramic hobs

A portable electric oven is available for baking pastries

The equipment also includes a microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, toaster, stick blender and hand whisk

A complete set of crockery is a matter of course - the original guesthouse left an enormous stock of glasses, mugs, plates and cutlery and pots in which you could even bathe

There is plenty of free storage space in the kitchen for imported supplies, especially in the lower part of the center table

The dining room offers comfortable seating for 27 people, if the cottage is fully occupied, a dining table for six people in the adjoining common room can also be used

Normally, the dining room is the domain of adults, while children spend most of their time in the common room

A common room equipped with a large table that can be folded out, a couch and several tables is used for relaxation and watching TV (which we don`t like to hear in the bosom of nature and sports, but we all know the benefits of this invention)

There is a large children`s corner with a space for painting, a children`s kitchen and a giant chest of drawers with all kinds of toys and games

We can boast of several specimens of completely original chess, which probably already have retro value

There is enough space in the common room for morning warm - ups or yoga sessions

Sports equipment can be stored in a ski storage room.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

During the summer and winter season, we prefer to rent the "herberk" for whole weeks, from Sunday to Sunday

Outside of the busiest holiday periods, a "weekend" stay can also be used (minimum two nights, can be extended to three, further by agreement)

We reserve the date after paying a 50% deposit - we will send you the payment documents by e-mail

The rest of the price is due at the latest on the day of arrival by bank transfer.

The price includes:

- rental of the entire building, including outdoor spaces and all equipment

- water and energy consumption

- sheets, towels, tea towels

- Final cleaning

The price does not include:

- recreational fees to the municipality - according to the current municipal ordinance, it is 20 CZK per person per day - fees do not apply to children under 18 years of age

- rental of tap equipment with cooling and compressor, bayonet attachment and iron 700 CZK week 500 CZK weekend.
