The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.
The cottage can be rented year-round.
The price includes bed linen and towels.
The price does not include consumed energy and fuel briquettes
Energy will be billed according to actual consumption.
Wooden briquettes for the time being CZK 110 (the price may change depending on the purchase).
Final cleaning for a fee of CZK 500.
A refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 will be returned at the end of the stay when the property is handed over
Residence fee CZK 25, persons under the age of 18 are not subject to the fee
A deposit of 50% is paid in advance by bank transfer.
You will pay the additional 50% in cash on the day of arrival.
We do not rent the cottage for parties

Cancellation fees:
1) The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time without cancellation fees, within 50 days before the ordered date, exclusively in writing
The moment of withdrawal is considered to be the date of delivery of the order cancellation document to the accommodation provider
2) When withdrawing from a confirmed order after the specified period, the customer is obliged to pay the accommodation provider cancellation fees in the amount of:
a) 20% of the total rental price charged by the accommodation provider when the order is canceled 49 - 31 days before arrival
b) 50% of the total rental price charged by the accommodation provider upon cancellation of the order
30 - 0 days before boarding.
