The newly built one-story cottage, located 3 km from the center of the village of Dolní Bečva, is located in a quiet and sunny location above a babbling brook and offers a beautiful view of the Horní Rozpité valley and the surrounding mountain slopes
The village of Dolní Bečva and the cottage in Horní Rozpité (560 m above sea level) are located about 10 km from the town of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, famous for the Wallachian Museum SKANZEN
After entering, you enter the living area of the cottage, where there is a large fireplace with seating at the dining table and a small kitchenette, TV with DVD
From this room, a door leads to a toilet with a sink and a second door leads to a spacious sauna with a shower
You go up the stairs to the attic, where there are two bedrooms and a toilet
There is a really big space around the cottage
It can be used for children's ball games
From the lower part of the cottage there is a covered sitting area - a bench with a table, suitable for comfortable sitting outside with morning coffee
A large outdoor fireplace will be used for grilling and peaceful relaxation, especially in the summer months
The cottage is located in a quiet location along a road with very little traffic, which is maintained even in the winter months
The accommodation is especially suitable for lovers of nature, mushroom picking and forest fruit picking.

Outside, garden furniture with an outdoor fireplace and grill is available to guests.
