The cottage is located in the protected landscape area of ​​the Eastern Giant Mountains at an altitude of 700 m above sea level in the village of Dolní Albeřice 40. It is bordered by two mountain streams that underline the beautiful Krkonoše atmosphere with their murmuring

With its cuteness, the cottage resembles a gingerbread house and ensures your privacy

The surroundings of the cottage are criss-crossed by a number of marked hiking trails that will take you to the most beautiful places in the Krkonoše mountains during summer and winter tourism

The entire surrounding area is attractive for tourists, both in terms of natural scenery and valuable tourist attractions

A few km from the cottage is the border crossing to Poland.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: The living room serves as a common room, you can use the TV

You will spend pleasant moments of relaxation in front of the radiant flames of the tiled stove

The living room includes a daybed and a folding sofa

Entrance to the bedrooms on the first floor is via the miller's stairs (original architecture)

Both bedrooms are equipped with three beds with the possibility of an extra bed

The building has a total of 7 full beds + 2 extra beds.

Sanitary facilities: It goes without saying that there are sanitary facilities - a shower with hot water, a flush toilet.

Heating: Electrical:

at the end of the stay, 7 CZK per 1 kWh is paid

In summer, guests usually pay max. per week

200 - 500 CZK, in winter approx. 800 - 1,200 CZK

It depends on how the wood heating is used and how many guests are in the cabin

Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the cottage for 2-3 cars.

The kitchen is fully equipped

There is an electric stove, fridge, kettle, microwave and dishes.

Cabin furnishings

Bedding is available in sufficient quantity

Part of the land, which has an area of ​​about 1000 m², is a sandpit, a flat area for ball games, badminton, a swing...

Bobsleighs, sleds, and snowshoes are available for rent for the winter

The plot also includes a lighted outdoor fire pit and a smokehouse with a fireplace

Dogs and cats are allowed

Smoking in the cottage is strictly prohibited.

The price does not include the fee for electricity consumption

It is paid upon departure (CZK 7/kWh).

Residence fee 20 CZK/person/day (according to the valid tariff 2020 - Municipality of Horní Maršov)

Outside of the summer and winter seasons, an individual agreement on a shortened stay is possible.

A deposit of CZK 2,000 is required for a binding reservation

In case of cancellation of stay 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable

By paying the deposit, the client agrees to this condition.

STAY INSTRUCTIONS

Arrival between 12:30 - 1:00 p.m., departure before 10 a.m., or by agreement.

Record the electricity meter status (both readings) upon arrival and departure.

Electric heating in every room

After heating the fireplace in the living room, the heat is distributed to the upper rooms

Wood is included in the price (the more wood is heated, the less electricity is used).

Bed linen available.

Clients return the chat in the condition in which they received it
