Payment Conditions and Cancellations:

The reservation of accommodation is binding only at the moment of written confirmation of the accommodation operator and reimbursement of the reservation deposit by the customer of 100% of the price of accommodation and accessories.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the booking by a written notice.

The cancellation of the binding reservation occurs at the moment of delivery of the written notice to the operator of the accommodation.

Cancellation fees are charged from the total accommodation price in the following amount:

50% of the price of accommodation when canceling a binding reservation within 30 days before the date of arrival,

100% of the price of accommodation when canceling a binding booking 10 days or less before the date of arrival.

In the case of cancellation of the binding reservation of accommodation by the accommodation operator, the customer has the right to return the paid price or advances for accommodation in full.

Accommodation

• Arrival at the cottage is possible from 14:00 or after an individual agreement,

• Departure, leaving the cottage must be no later than 10:00

• The handover of the keys is done via the door-code boxes, the numeric code will be received by e-mail

• In case of damage, accident, non -functional equipment, call the owner to the phone immediately (M: 607234966).

• Bed linen and towels are secured, no need to take your own

• Parking is possible on private land in front of the cottage only on the day of arrival and departure

On other days, use the paid parking lot on the left side at the beginning of the entrance to the street Pod Borný, U Myslivny (50,- CZK/for the exit)

• In the cottage please - not to smoke

• Do not leave valuable things on the porch

Lock the cottage in your own interest

• Grill only in the gazebo (IMA designation), where there is an official fireplace, do not use the grill on the porch even in front of the cottage! You can only use your own portable grill

The use of the stone grill is forbidden!

• Please keep order in front of the cottage and around the cottage

• It is not advisable to disturb other guests, follow the night's rest from 22:00 to 6:00, if you want to have fun, use discos or night bars around

• Please enter the cottage before leaving, wash the dishes and empty the dishwasher before leaving/hand over the cottage, take the garbage

The garbage bins on both municipal and sorted waste are located on the upper road just behind the Artes building
