Payment terms and cancellation fees:

The accommodation reservation is only binding upon written confirmation by the accommodation operator and payment of the reservation deposit by the customer in the amount of 100% of the price of the accommodation and accessories.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the reservation by written notice.

Cancellation of a binding reservation occurs at the moment of delivery of a written notification to the accommodation operator.

Cancellation fees are charged from the total accommodation price in the following amount:

50% of the accommodation price when canceling a binding reservation within 30 days before the start date,

100% of the accommodation price when canceling a binding reservation 10 days or less before the start date.

In the event of cancellation of a binding accommodation reservation by the accommodation operator, the customer has the right to a full refund of the accommodation price paid or the accommodation deposit.

Accommodation rules

• Arrival at the cottage is possible from 14:00 or by individual agreement,

• Departure, leaving the cottage must be no later than 10:00

• Keys are handed over via boxes with a code at the door, you will receive the numerical code by e-mail

• In case of damage, accident, malfunctioning equipment, immediately call the owner on the phone (M: 607234966).

• bed linen and towels are provided, there is no need to bring your own

• parking is possible on the private lot in front of the cabin only on the day of arrival and departure

On other days, use the paid parking lot on the left at the beginning of the entrance to Pod Borným Street, U Myslivny (CZK 50/exit)

• NO SMOKING in the cabin

• do not leave valuables unattended on the porch

Lock the cabin in your own interest

• grill only in the area of ​​the gazebo (marked IMA), where there is also an official fireplace, do not use the grill on the porch or in front of the cottage! You can only use your own portable grill

The use of a stone grill is prohibited!

• please keep order in front of the cabin and around the cabin

• it is not advisable to disturb other accommodated guests, observe the night silence from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., if you want to have fun longer, use discos or night bars nearby

• before departure, please put the cottage in its original condition, wash the dishes after yourself and empty the dishwasher before leaving/handing over the cottage, take out the rubbish

Municipal waste containers are not far away

The bins for municipal and sorted waste are located on the upper road right behind the Artes building

Please sort it out, it took a lot of work to negotiate their placement in this area

The container for ordinary mixed waste is also located near the lower road (Under Borným) and is marked with the numbers 25, 26, 27 and 28
