Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: 1x bunk bed and 1x double bed in the cabin.

Sanitary facilities: 1x toilet, 1x shower.

Heating: Heater.

Transportation, parking: The Staré splavy train station is a 20 - minute walk from the cottage

A driveway leads to the cottage

You can park your car in front of the cottage with a parking card, which you will receive on arrival

The price per week is CZK 200

The parking fee is paid separately.

Fees

Holiday fees: summer season CZK 30/adult

Electricity consumption is paid separately on the day of departure

Every visitor is obliged to take a photo of the electricity meter and water meter on the day of arrival and departure and send the photo to the indicated phone number

Damage deposit (refundable deposit): CZK 2,500/stay

The deposit will be returned to your account after the final inspection of the cabin.

Deposits for energy, water, parking and recreation fee: 1000 CZK/stay

If you don`t have a car, CZK 800/stay

The remaining amount after deduction of fees will be returned to your account together with the deposit.

Reservation

Accommodation reservation is binding only upon written confirmation by the accommodation operator and payment of the reservation deposit by the client in the amount of 100% of the price of accommodation and accessories

The client has the right to withdraw from the reservation by written notice

Cancellation of a binding reservation occurs at the moment of delivery of the client`s written notification to the accommodation operator.

Cancel fees

Cancellation fees are charged from the total accommodation price in the following amount:

50% of the accommodation price when canceling a binding reservation within 14 days before the start date,

100% of the accommodation price if the binding reservation is canceled 7 days or less before the start date.

In the event of cancellation of a binding accommodation reservation by the accommodation operator, the client has the right to a full refund of the accommodation price paid or the accommodation deposit.

PLEASE NO SMOKING IN THE COTTAGE!!!

Dogs are allowed in the cabin

Only smaller breeds up to 10 kg

However, we ask visitors that the dogs do not get into the bed and that the owner properly cleans up after the dog.

- observe the night silence from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m

- before departure, please put the cabin in its original state, wash the dishes, mop the floor, clean and wash the toilet, sink and shower, take the garbage to the container, take off the bedclothes and put them on the bed, sweep the porch
