The newly reconstructed Chata Na Vyhlídce is located in the very heart of the Novohradské mountains in the village of Dobrá Voda, which located on the slope of Kraví Hora

Thanks to this position, you will have an indescribable view of the Třeboň and Budějovice basins

Dobrá Voda is an ideal starting point for trips and cycling in the unspoiled Nature Park of the Novohradské Hory

The cottage is ideal for a large family or a group of friends.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor of the cottage, you can reach the kitchen via a corridor (electric

oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator) with dining table, spacious bathroom with bathtub and living room with access to the terrace

From the living room you can then take the stairs to the first floor, where there are three spacious bedrooms, each with two beds

One bedroom has access to a balcony with a magical view of the Třebo basin.

Sanitary facilities: Combined bath with shower, sink and toilet.

Heating: Heating is provided by a fireplace stove with an exchanger and water heating for radiators in all rooms of the cottage.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible at the cottage on the grass plot (up to 3 vehicles)

The driveway is steep, paved

Passable only for passenger cars.

Dining

Restaurant in the village of Dobrá Voda (200m), Hojná Voda (2km), in Horní stropnica (4km), Nové Hrady (19km).

Cabin furnishings

There is a TV, fridge, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, electric oven, bed linen and towels

Also internet connection - WiFi, cot and high chair (on request), charcoal garden grill, terrace, balcony, outdoor seating, bicycle storage room, fireplace in the living room, drinking water from the tap in the cottage

In the garden there is a large terrace by the cottage with a view, a fireplace and seating under a parasol.

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Check-in for the stay is from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival

until 3:00 p.m., release of the cottage on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m. at the latest

The arrival time can be changed by agreement with the owner.

The cottage is closed from the beginning of October to the end of May.

Payments and fees

After agreeing on the date, the tenant pays a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay to the landlord's account within 5 working days

The additional cost of the stay will be paid by the client by bank transfer 10 days before the start of the rental, together with a deposit of CZK 3,000, which will be returned to the guests after the object is returned flawlessly after the end of the stay

The price includes accommodation for up to 6 people for the agreed time, including electricity and water consumption, toiletries

The price also includes the rental of bedding and towels

The price does not include cleaning of the cottage - cleaning of floors, toilets, bathrooms, cleaning of the kitchen including dishes (can be ordered for 1500 CZK) and recreation fee to the village of "airy" (20 CZK/person aged 18 and over)

The facility is open from May to October.

Cancellation terms

In the case of withdrawal from the Contract by the customer, the latter is obliged to pay cancellation fees in the amount of: 30% of the total contractual price of the accommodation if the withdrawal is notified 60 or more days before the start of the stay

50% of the total contracted accommodation price if the cancellation is notified 10 to 60 days before the start of the stay, 100% of the total contracted accommodation price if the cancellation is notified 10 or less days before the start of the stay.
