Our cottage is an ideal place for everyone who wants to spend time actively, but also for those who come to us just to relax

The cottage at the end of the world is a quiet secluded accommodation in the middle of the mountains, but still within reach of one of the main tourist centers of the Eagle Mountains, the village of Deštné

Suitable for cyclists, cross-country skiers, skiers, tourists, families with children, groups of friends and groups of interest groups who prefer a detached and spacious traditional mountain hut.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: Rooms on the first floor: 2 x double, 1 x triple, 2 x four, 1 x five, 1 x six, 1 x four-bed apartment with kitchenette on the ground floor, where there is also a sofa bed that can be used for sleeping in case Bunk beds are not suitable

Sanitary facilities: 3 bathrooms on the ground floor (4x WC, 3x shower).

Heating: Central, coal-fired boiler with automatic loading

Spring, summer and autumn heat pump operation.

Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the cottage for approx. 8 - 10 cars (in case of a large amount of snow, parking on your own property approx. 200 m from the cottage).

There is also an equipped kitchen where you can store any food and prepare it yourself

In the summer season, a bistro approx. 500m.

In summer and winter, the property is usually rented only for the whole week (Saturday-Saturday)

Exceptions can be agreed individually

The price does not include the stay fee paid to the village of Deštné in Orlické hory, which amounts to CZK 30/person/night

Persons under the age of 18 do not pay

This fee is paid separately to the accommodation provider, who then pays it to the municipality.

The reservation fee is 40% of the price, additional payment approx. 1 week before the start of the stay.

The price for providing one set of bed linen is 150 CZK (bed linen, sheet, mattress protector) or you can use your own bed linen and sheets.

The refundable deposit is CZK 5,000 and is paid in cash at the start of the stay and is intended to cover any damage to the property or its equipment

Any higher damage will be covered by a surcharge

The actual electricity consumption is deducted from the refundable deposit, which is calculated by the difference between the electricity meter status at the start and at the end of the stay

The rate is CZK 11/kWh

We provide the option of purchasing bags for mixed waste and plastics, the price of one piece is 90 CZK (mixed) 70 CZK (plastic), which will also be deducted from the refundable deposit

Other sorted waste is disposed of by the lessor

Mixed waste and plastics are paid for or taken away by the tenant

The tenant cleans the building to the condition in which he took it over or he can pay for the cleaning for CZK 1,500

In the case of an uncleaned object, CZK 2,000 will be deducted from the refundable deposit

The building is non-smoking and no pets allowed.
