Bedrooms and rooms: In the attic of Drevenice Medovka there are 3 separate bedrooms, each with a large double bed

Transportation, parking: Access to the cottage is from the main road II/582, which connects Demänovská dolina with Demänová - the suburban part of Liptovský Mikuláš

Before the very entrance to the Demänovská dolina, it is necessary to turn left

The beginning of the summer access road is in the upper part of the parking lot, which leads to a steeper climb, around the Tri Vody resort, where after 150 m it is completely trouble-free to drive any car

In the winter months, this access road is regularly maintained, however we recommend that you pack snow chains, which can come in handy in exceptional cases

During the winter season, it is possible to access Drevenica Medovka along the road past the Hotel Poľovník and the Koliby Bystrina restaurant via Autocamping Bystrina in Demänovská dolina, which are located approx. 500m to the left above the central parking lot

The Drevenica Medovka cottage itself is located above Zvonička about 300m from the central parking lot above the Tri Vody resort

There are 3 parking spaces right next to the cottage.

For shorter stays during the high season, we recommend booking stays (Sunday-Thursday) 4-night stay or (Thursday-Sunday) 3-night stay

Deposit for accommodation:

The deposit for the stay is 50% of the total price for the stay.

The reservation of a stay in Drevenice Medovka is considered binding only after the advance payment for the accommodation has been paid and credited to the lessor's account.

Refundable deposit/object deposit:

The security/deposit for the property is from €300-1000 and is payable upon arrival.

The deposit will be returned to the guest's account no later than 3 days after the end of the stay, after the flawless handover and inspection of the entire object by the lessor.

The lessor will not return the deposit, or

will return only part of it in case of damage or theft of the inventory, deterioration of the object, or loss of keys.

The lessor requires the right to shorten or completely cancel the guest's stay without the possibility of returning the deposit, or part of it, if the guest's behavior violates the agreed rules (Accommodation Rules) and also if there are other persons in the Drevenice Medovka facility who are not properly registered on stay

In case of interest in a stay in Drevenice Medovka by a larger number of people than indicated and calculated in the sent price list, the lessor will prepare a modified calculation of the price for the stay, or

upon detection of a violation of this rule, the owner will apply a contractual fine of €100 to €300 for each person staying there without notifying the owner.

Final cleaning is included in the price of the stay

For stays of more than one night, we offer the option of changing bed linen, towels and complete cleaning for an additional fee of €150 to the price of the stay

FEE FOR ELECTRICAL CONSUMPTION

ENERGY FOR THE USE OF THE SAUNA (€3.5/kW) IS ADDITIONALLY PAYABLE ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE according to current consumption.
