Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is an anteroom that separates from the interior of the downturn door

On the ground floor there is also a dining table overlooking the river, kitchen, large smart TV, single bed, sofa IKEA sofa, climate with heating, bathroom, floor heating

In the top that you get on the wooden stairs is twice a double bed and extra bed

The upper part is also fitted with air conditioning with the possibility of heating

The prices are valid for the occupancy of up to 6 people !!!

At higher occupancy or longer rental or choice of a specific term we will process the offer

If necessary, the option of extra bed, or the possibility to order a side object with a capacity of another 8 beds

The deposit is 3000,- CZK, for the case without a harmful course returns when handing over the object

Dog fee 500,- CZK / week

The object can be used all year round

Refundable deposit is 2000 from which they are deducted at the end of energy and water

The 50% deposit of the total amount is collected in advance when ordering

Dog surcharge 700, -CZK/week, in case of cancellation in less than two months, the deposit is not refundable (in this case the deposit is irreversible)

Bed linen owns, apart from the summer season, the possibility to arrange a shorter term / prefer weekly stays.

In the case of occupation of the whole month outside the summer season the possibility to arrange a special discount (in case of a larger party of fishermen and the opportunity to take turns).

During the seasonal period, the stay (unless otherwise agreed) on Saturdays at 14 - 15 hours.

The building is handed over to the customer prepared and tidy, and the customer also hand over it on the day of departure to the operator, not complying with this condition = a collision from deposit 1000,- CZK
