Cottage on the shore of a large pond

We present to you a cottage from the fifties built in the spirit of Spanish architecture

It is located in the idyllic South Bohemian countryside on the border of the South Bohemian and Vysočina regions, right on the bank of a large pond (9 ha).

The entire facility is designed in such a way that everyone feels comfortable in it

A spacious outdoor pergola with an outdoor stone grill directly above the pond 5 m away contributes to the overall well-being

Part of the property is also a fireplace for sitting around the campfire in the evening

The cottage has an ideal location

It stands 10 m next to a large 9 ha pond, which is very well stocked in a quiet area away from the cottage development (see aerial photo), in a sunny, well-kept garden (600 m2) with mature trees

It is possible to use the pier intended for fishing, swimming, anchoring a boat, which is available

The pier is equipped with comfortable steps to enter the water

The surrounding forests are suitable for mushroom picking

The romantic landscape with meadows, fields, forests and many other ponds offers the possibility of cycling

The hiking trails are well marked

The ideal environment for a romantic holiday for two, a family holiday or for demanding fishermen

The best period for fishing is the months of May and June, when the pond is freshly stocked and the fish are taking - this is the Valcha MO Pacov pond (information and photos of catches on the website www.crspakov.cz)

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: The building has a ground floor and an attic

Ground floor: living room with outdoor terrace, dining room (for up to 6 people), kitchenette, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

In the separate kitchen, there is a stove with a glass-ceramic plate, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer and a separate freezer

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for cooking and dining

There is a spacious storage cupboard under the stairs

Attic: 1 spacious and comfortable bedroom with 4 comfortable solid wood beds + 2 folding chairs

There is a wooden built-in wardrobe

Under the terrace of the building there is a technical room (lockable) for storing e.g

bikes or fishing gear etc

Additional storage space is part of the shed for wood.

Sanitary facilities: Separate bathroom with sink and shower

Hot water heated by electricity

Heating: The building is heated by a powerful wood-burning stove.

Transportation, parking: In the village of Cetoraz, the bus stop is approx. 2 km from the cottage

There is in the town of Pacov (4 km).

In the case of an order, we send a map with a detailed route to the cottage.

Dining

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking for several people

Grocery store 1000 m in the village of Cetoraz (Coop) or in Pacov, 4 km away (Albert, Penny)

In a farm approx. 1 km away, you can buy home-made milk and other products

Good restaurants in Pacova, stylish pizzeria

In Obratani, 4 km away, a very solid daily restaurant with a daily menu at very reasonable prices.

Cabin furnishings

The living area is equipped with a sofa set with a television

From it you can go out to a stone outdoor terrace facing west with a view of the pond

Armchairs and a table are available

The kitchenette is equipped with Ikea furniture and dishes (+ ceramic hob, hot air oven, fridge, microwave, blender, kettle, dripper, a large number of new dishes and cutlery)

In the annex under the stairs, there is a freezer for storing supplies, or

caught fish

The bedroom and dining room are equipped with custom-made wooden furniture

The pergola is equipped with massive wooden furniture.
