Cottage Lucie has a maximum capacity of 8 people

The building is an all-wood log cabin meeting the current most demanding requirements for comfortable living with a plot of 4500m²

Horní Ves in the village of Český Jiřetín, where the Lucie cottage is located, is located outside the center of the village by the forest on the edge of the cottage recreation area

The local deep forests are a paradise for mushroom pickers, nature lovers, cross-country skiers, hikers and cyclists

Chata Lucie is located right next to the forest

The environment is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has a maximum capacity of 8 people

There are a total of three separate bedrooms on the upper floor

There are six fixed beds and two extra beds

Extra beds are firm and comfortable (suitable for children)

The equipment is new, very comfortable solid wood beds, each room has wooden wardrobes or chests of drawers

In the cottage you can connect to high-quality wifi, which is suitable for work and entertainment (via satellite).

Sanitary facilities: The cottage is equipped with sanitary facilities both on the first floor (bathtub, sink, toilet, bidet) and on the ground floor (shower, sink, toilet, bidet).

Heating: Heating is provided by floor heating and electric direct heaters, which are located in every room

After agreement, it is possible to use a tiled stove

However, the stove must be kept at the right temperature, there must be no risk of tarring! Wood is for an extra charge.

Transportation, parking: Litvínov – into the mountains in the direction of Klíny, at the end of Klíny on the hill, at the marked intersection turn right in the direction of Český Jiřetín

In Český Jiřetín, at the first marked intersection, in a confusing right-left turn between the houses, turn right up the hill on a narrow tarmac in the direction of Chata Barbora, which you will pass after approx. 1,300 m.

For the last 2 km, I recommend using snow chains in winter.

Dining

A new, modern and spacious kitchen is at your disposal

About 750 m from the cottage, the mountain hut Barbora serves meals on weekends with Bernard beer and excellent cuisine, shops with basic food, drugstore and drinks are located about 2500 m near the center of the village.

Cabin furnishings

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, electric oven, induction hob and kettle), all dishes and kitchen utensils are available

The kitchen is used to prepare breakfast, coffee and snacks from your supplies, which you can eat at the table with a beautiful view

Basic food items are also available

Next to the tiled stove is a small, cozy living room with a sofa, an armchair and a TV

There is a utility room with a washing machine and a second fridge with a freezer for use

Outside there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture, a small children's playground with a sandpit, a fire pit and a charcoal grill

You can use the cottage, the fireplace and the surroundings of the cottage for your needs, we only ask that you maintain peace, especially at night, and respect the border of our property, especially towards our neighbors.

The building is in operation all year round

When handing over the cottage, the lessor reserves the right to collect a REFUNDABLE security deposit in the amount of CZK 5,000 for possible damage, repair of property or failure to carry out basic cleaning.

Check-in is between 14

We return the deposit to the customer's account after departure from the accommodation

By sending a deposit, reserving the rent and agreeing to the Property Lease Agreement, the tenant's representative expresses agreement with the agreement and the Operating Rules and undertakes to comply with them

Upon detection of the presence of undeclared persons, the lessor is entitled to expel the lessee from the building without compensation for the accommodation price.

The price includes: bedding, towels (on request), basic hygiene items, cleaning supplies, full kitchen equipment + tablets for the dishwasher, tea towels, jar for dishes, firewood, etc.
