Cabin for rent

The spacious family cottage in the black mine is intended for rent only as a whole

The maximum is 20 people

There are several rooms in the cottage, bathrooms, toilets, spacious new kitchen, room with a furnace and a playroom with football and billiards

For relaxation there is a whirlpool - Sundance spa - and sauna, outdoor covered terrace with fireplace and sitting

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: There are 6 bedrooms in the house

There are 5 bedrooms on the 1st floor

2x bedrooms for 4 people,

2x bedrooms for 3 people

1x bedroom for 2 persons that go through the bedroom that is for 4 axes

On the 2nd floor - attic - the room is divided into two parts and the beds are a total of up to 4 persons - 2 times double bed

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there are 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet

On the ground floor there is another separate toilet with a sink

There are 2 toilets on the 1st floor and 1 sink in the hallway

On the 2nd floor (attic room) there is 1x bathroom with shower, toilet and sink

The boilers in the bathrooms are designed so that there is always warm water

We provide 2 x toilet paper on each toilet.

Heating: The entire house is heated by a fireplace insert with a heat exchanger, the wiring is to the radiators

If necessary, there are direct heaters at the cottage.

Transportation, parking: The house can be reached by car even in winter, and parking is at the building or in the adjacent parking lot

5 cars can park at the property

In winter, up to 5+ others near the cottage for a fee

You can also come to Černý Dol by bus, the connection is from Vrchlabí or Trutnov.

Dining

The house has a spacious NEW kitchen with all necessary dishes for 20 people

There is a large induction hob, 2 x oven, 2 x fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher including tablets, coffee machine

Dining table for 6 people.

Cabin furnishings

The common room is divided into a room with a TV, a sofa set for 5 people, and a dining table for 10 to 12 people

There is a stove with a fireplace insert in the common room

The other part of the room is a game room with billiards, football, playstation, darts and armchairs for sitting

On the ground floor there is a separate room with a sauna for 6 people and a rest room, next to the sauna there is a whirlpool for 5 people

Outside there is a small garden where there is a sitting area with a fireplace and grill, a swing, a slide and a house for children

There is a possibility to store bikes in the annex next to the house (electric bikes can be recharged in the bike room) and skis can be stored in the winter.

The cottage also has an entrance directly to the garden, so you don't have to go through the front entrance to the street.

The price does not include consumed electricity, wood, water and the municipality fee per adult

We do not provide cleaning, towels, bed linen and sheets.

Off-season is April, May, June, September, October, November - stay by agreement

Arrival is always by agreement.

When making a binding reservation, we collect a deposit of up to 50%, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the stay less than 14 days!

The price includes the electricity consumed according to the actual consumption (VT and NT 6.00 CZK) and a fee to the municipality 30.00 CZK/adult per day

Dog fee 100 CZK/day.

Water CZK 100/m3.

Wood for the stove CZK 2,200/m3

Deposit 8,000 CZK.
