We offer two accommodation options, either in a cottage that can accommodate up to 8 people, or NEW in the Sunrise house, which is suitable for a maximum of 4 people
Accommodation is without shared meals
Guests can cook for themselves in fully equipped kitchens
You will find us in the village of Černá Voda, part of Nové Podhradí, at an altitude of 300m above sea level

The ariM cottage is located in a quiet environment on the outskirts of the village, 1.3 km off the main road, approximately 400m below the ruins of the Kaltenštejn castle and approx. 350m from the base of the rapid trails
A small stream flows through the eastern side, which is the border between the land belonging to the cottage and the forest
Lovers of hiking, cycling, and mushroom picking will enjoy themselves.
Bedrooms and rooms: In the cottage there is an upper floor intended for sleeping with a capacity of 5 beds, on the ground floor of the cottage it is possible to fold 2 sofas into 2 double beds
In the house Sunrise there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room, a kitchen
and a toilet with a shower.
Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine
Toilet and sink on the first floor.
Heating: Indoor wood-burning fireplace, which is provided by the building
Electric direct heaters.
Transportation, parking: Free parking on the cottage grounds.
Possibility of self-catering, or you can visit a restaurant 200 m from the cottage.
On the ground floor of the cottage you will find a fully equipped kitchen including appliances (fridge with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, electric stove), a living area with a TV with satellite reception and a CD player, a shower and toilet, on the upper floor there is a bedroom and bathroom
Heating is provided by fireplace stoves
In front of the entrance is a terrace measuring 5 x 2m with outdoor seating (large table with benches)
Inside the Sunrise house you will find a living room (folding sofa, table, TV with satellite reception, radio with CD player), dining area, kitchen including appliances (fridge, gas stove, kettle, microwave oven + all dishes), bedroom (double bed), smaller room with two separate beds, bathroom with shower and toilet.
