It also offers a common kitchen, pantry, two common rooms, one with a fireplace and a multifunction table - football / billiards, the other with TV, skis and bicycles can be hidden in the cottage.

Sanitary facilities: Sanitary facilities are in corridors, a total of 4 toilets, two urinals, two shower enclosures and four washbasins.

Heating: Central heating/radiators

In addition to central heating, there is also a fireplace in the common room.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The cottage is rented only whole, so it is not possible to rent one room.

The price includes energy, water, wood for heating, recreational fee to the municipality and bedding.

The cottage is handed over in the same condition as it has been taken over (tidy)

If guests do not clean or do not want to clean the cleaning, they will announce this in advance and pay the operator the amount of 2500.- CZK

Payment is made in two installments:

1.Pay 50% of the total amount will be paid by transfer to no

6607226003/5500, as soon as possible, after receiving the documents for payment

2nd pay-50% of the total amount will be paid by transfer to the account no later than 14 days before the start of your stay.

Before taking over the cottage, a refundable deposit of 5000.- CZK, which must be sent to the bank account of the facility no later than 2 days before boarding, which will then be returned in full max.

In case of detection of damage or loss of assets, an adequate amount will be deducted from this deposit

Cancel fees: 60 and more days - return 100%backup, 30-59 days - return 50%backup, 14-29 days return 20%backup, less than 14 days - deposit is not refundable.

Stay with dogs is possible only by prior arrangement with a proper vaccination card, for a fee of 100.- / night / dog.
