Welcome to the above - standard equipped cottage with 5 rooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, which offers you generous space for up to 18 people

Here you have the Krkonoše Mountains in the palm of your hand - Benecko, Aldrov, Horní Mísečky, Špindlerův mlýn, Vrchlabí, Jilemnice within a stone`s throw

The cottage will provide you with all the equipment - new outdoor hot tub for 5,Finnish sauna for 4,large pub hall, separate kitchen, bar with tap and cooling, coffee corner, indoor fireplace, pool table, foosball, ping pong, WIFI, TV, terrace with swing bed and sitting area

Outside you will find a new pergola with fireplace, granite stone, summer kitchen, grill and seating area, indoor swimming pool, swimming/cooling tub, ski/bike room, spacious flat garden and parking for 10 cars - everything you need for your holiday in summer or winter

In 5 separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, you will find hotel beds and mattresses, bedside tables, wardrobes

BUS/SKIBUS/Cyklobus stops right in front of the house and a direct line from Prague will bring you, or it will take you to Vítkovice (Aldrov), to Horní Mísečky (Medvědín/Špindl) or in the summer to Zlaté várší

Then by car 10 minutes to Benecko, Keynos cable car, 10 minutes to Aldrov cable car, 20 minutes to Mísečky (Medvědín), 25 minutes to Špindl, 30 minutes to Rokytnice

We cordially invite you to the renovated CHATA POD HORAMA, in the beautiful surroundings of the Krkonoše National Park, where you can enjoy peace and quiet in summer and winter, but also countless sports activities

We opened the cottage in 2022 and completed a complete renovation and retrofitting in 2024

In the large hall (former pub) there is a fireplace, a pool table, a foosball table, and two sofas

In the fully equipped kitchen, we have an 8 m long kitchen unit with electricity

oven, with induction hob, hot air fryer, 2 refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine

There is a ski boot/shoe dryer in the hall

We have added outdoor ping pong, an open fire pit and a Wallbox to charge your Type 2 CCS electric cars (Mennekes) in the pool we have added a heat pump to heat the pool (on request)

From summer 2024 brand new enlarged pergola with outdoor kitchen, wood burning fireplace and charcoal grill

Bedrooms and rooms: You enter an anteroom with hangers, benches and a shoe dryer, from the anteroom you enter a separate toilet and a sauna with a shower

You continue down the corridor to the large hall, which is followed by a bar with a coffee corner and a separate kitchen

On the first floor, there are 5 rooms, each with its own bathroom

Year-round operation

Weekend, New Year`s, Christmas and extended stays of at least 2 nights

Holiday stays of at least one week.

An extra day to the weekend CZK 5,000.

Longer or repeated stays, different numbers of people and other requirements according to the agreement, we will be happy to accommodate you - write to us.

The price does not include:

electricity consumption

energy CZK 7/kWh and water CZK 138/m3, which we will measure before and after the stay;

Optional bed linen 150 CZK/person/stay; towels (small, medium, large) CZK 100/person/stay

tourist fee to the village CZK 30/adult/day

Cleaning the cottage CZK 1,300

From 1.11. till 31.3. if needed a surcharge of 400 CZK/day for pellet heating.

When making a reservation, you pay a reservation deposit of CZK 6,000 within 3 days, which serves as a refundable deposit for utilities and possible damages

You pay the rest of the rental price up to 14 days before arrival.

The price of weekly stays includes the cleaning of the cottage at the price of CZK 1,300.

Cancellation terms:

If the reservation is canceled more than 60 days before the date, 10% of the agreed rental price,

59-30 days before the deadline 25% of the agreed rental price,

29-14 days before the deadline 50% of the agreed rental price,

13 or less days before the deadline 100% of the agreed rental price

If we fill the date, you do not pay any cancellation fee.
