Accommodation is strategically located on the border of three regions - South Bohemia, Vysočina, South Moravia and at the same time about 15 km from the border with Austria
The house is surrounded by a well-kept and fenced garden.

The ground floor bedroom has a double bed for 2 people and a French window with access to the garden
In the attic there is an open space with a library and a second bedroom
The bedroom is for 3 people with a Japanese futon style bed
The whole building is newly built, modern and clean
Its advantages are bright and airy spaces, large windows and beautiful views of the countryside
In case of dry weather, the living room is followed by a spacious covered pergola with seating
The interiors of the accommodation are non-smoking
The building is not suitable for dogs and other pets!

Due to the equipment and the wooden staircase, we ask our guests to use home shoes

In the garden it is possible to use the fireplace, herb beds, sandpit, trampoline and in the summer months the above-ground pool
We also grow our own organic flowers for florists in a nearby field, and we will be happy to show you and fill your vase here.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
In the summer season in July and August only weekly stays (check-in: Saturday from 2 pm, check-out: Saturday until 10 am; CZK 19,000).
Outside the summer season (October to May) the following stays are possible:

CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee is 50% of the deposit price, one week (7 days including the day of arrival) before the deadline 100% of the deposit price.
The deposit is paid at the same time as the keys are handed over at the beginning of the stay.
At the end of the stay returned in full, provided that the object and its equipment is handed over without damage, in the same condition and order in which it was taken over
In case of additional cleaning, a cleaning fee of CZK 700 is charged.
