We offer accommodation in a newly built adjacent building for 2 - 4 people in the village of Zubří near Nové Město in Moravia

The apartment is situated as a 2+kk including sanitary facilities and a bathroom

There is a separate access to the building from the parking lot in the immediate vicinity with enough space for parking

The property has the option of sitting on a raised, fenced terrace, ensuring plenty of privacy with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape - privacy ensured for drinking coffee or sitting with a glass of wine

The premises of the building are non-smoking and heating is provided by electricity

Ideal accommodation for a family with children, when there is the possibility of an extra bed in the bedroom on the sofa bed

There is WIFI with internet access in the building

Upon agreement, it is possible to store bicycles and ski equipment in lockable spaces

Bed linen is included in the price

On the upper floor of the building, you need to use slippers, which can be rented in the building.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower, separate toilet with flush toilet.

Heating: The building is heated in 1 Np by underfloor heating and in 2 Np heated by direct heaters.

Transportation, parking: Easy accessibility by car to the property

Parking directly at the building with sufficient parking space.

Dining

Heating meals and preparing breakfast is possible in the kitchen

A shop in the middle of the village, also a restaurant.

There is no TV in the building

Water and bed linen are included in the accommodation price

The deposit is CZK 2,000 and is payable upon arrival, it will be returned after handing over the object in good order including the equipment

For weekend stays, the starting day is Friday after 4 p.m. and handover of the object by 10 a.m. on Sunday or as agreed

Other accommodation according to agreement

50% deposit payable within 5 days after booking, additional payment no later than 7 days before arrival

Cancellation fees - 30-14 days before arrival 40%

14-0 days before arrival 50%

The cancellation is not valid if the client gets a refund himself.
