The completely newly built Hradiště apartments are located on the territory of the Podyjí National Park in the Znojmo - Hradiště district, which are only 1 km from the city of Znojmo via Gránické údolí

Hradiště is known for its historical significance, as one of the most important settlements in Great Moravia, and for its wonderful view of the city of Znojmo, the river Dyji and the Podyjí National Park

The apartments offer pleasant accommodation both for families with children, for cyclists and for wine lovers who wander through the local wonderful vineyards, the most famous of which is Šobes in the heart of the national park

Bedrooms and rooms: Apartment 1: 2x double bed, 2x single bed

Apartment 2: 1x double bed, 3x single bed, 1x bunk bed

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet

Then on the floor another separate toilet with a sink.

Heating: The building is heated by a fireplace stove and hot water is heated by an electric water heater.

Transportation, parking: Parking is 50 - 100m away from the building.

Through the wooden gate you can reach the closed backyard, from which there is an entrance to both separate apartments

After entering the individual apartment, on the ground floor there is a living area with a folding sofa, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace, a kitchenette (with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave) and a bathroom with a shower. , sink and toilet

Next to the fireplace stove, you can walk up the stairs to the floor, where there is a toilet with a sink and 2 bedrooms with a view of Podyjí National Park

The entire building is walled and lockable.

The price per week in the months of July and August is CZK 13,500.

The price per week in the months of March, April, May, June, September and October is CZK 9,900

The price per night for 2 people in the months of January and March is CZK 1,000.

Fees to the village are 20 CZK per person/night.

Electricity and water are included in the price of the stay

The deposit (refundable deposit) is CZK 3,000

After the end of the rental, the security deposit is returned, or the corresponding amount is paid for damage to the property's equipment

The advance payment is paid when ordering the stay by bank transfer, the additional payment is paid by the customer upon arrival

The tenant is obliged to pay the landlord a termination fee (cancellation fees) if he withdraws from the confirmed order

When withdrawing from a confirmed order, the lessee is obliged to pay the lessor cancellation fees in the amount of:

a) 10% of the total rental price charged by the lessor when the order is canceled more than 50 days before the start

a) 25% of the total rental price charged by the lessor when the order is canceled 49 - 30 days before the start

b) 50% of the total rental price charged by the lessor if the order is canceled 15 days before the start

c) 100% of the total rental price charged by the lessor when the order is canceled 7 - 0 days before the start

If the tenant provides compensation for himself, no cancellation fees apply.
