The apartment house is located in Vilémovice near Jedovnice, in a village with a pond, a sitting area, a children's playground, and offers accommodation in four apartments

The price of accommodation is from NOK 320 per person/night

It is suitable for both family recreation and stays of other types - school trips, teambuildings, family celebrations - you can rent individual apartments as well as the entire building, which is generally closed, so it offers enough privacy and safety for your pets and children

Available for the entire house is a large covered terrace with seating, a gas grill and a grass area, behind the house there is a large garden with fruit trees and plenty of space for your children to play

The apartment house is located in the center of the Moravian Karst - the most famous Macocha chasm is only 2 km away, but a beautiful walk to it starts right in front of the house, where the Moravian-Silesian St. Jacob's Way passes

The place is surrounded by forests, lakes, caves, rocks, and there is, for example, a unique flooded quarry nearby.

Bedrooms and rooms: The apartments have completely new equipment, modern kitchens, high-quality mattresses, including those high on the slats, because sleeping is the basis for a relaxing holiday

All kitchens are equipped with enough crockery, pans, plates, cutlery, quality appliances including dishwasher, electric oven and hob, kettle

A salt and pepper shaker is available in each apartment

1/ Apartment Domeček in the garden is a separate building in a large garden, which has a large open space where there is a kitchen, dining area and living area

There is one bedroom with four beds, of which there is an extra bed, four beds are in the attic space

There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet

2/ Apartment Ground floor has two large rooms, each containing a double bed and a sofa bed

There is a large TV in one room

The bathroom has a shower with a massage panel and a toilet

Another room serves as a dressing room

The kitchen is separate with a dining area

There is access to the outdoor terrace and garden

3/ Apartment Mezipatro has 3 separate non-passable bedrooms /1 - double bed, 2 - bunk bed, 2x bed with a pull-out bed as an extra bed, 3 - double bed/, living room with sofa bed, large TV, entrance to a large balcony, bathroom with massage bath, separate toilet, dining area, kitchen and a separate room as a dressing room, where there is one sofa bed

There is access to the outdoor terrace and garden via stairs

4/ The Attic Apartment has a huge living space with a kitchen, a dining area, a living area with a large sofa bed and a TV, which opens onto a large balcony

It has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and one bed with a pull-out extra bed

Another 4 beds are located in the attic space

There is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a corner bathtub

Access to the outdoor terrace and garden is possible from the outside.

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has one bathroom and one toilet.

Heating: The entire building is heated with gas.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible in two garages and in the adjacent parking area

If there are more cars, parking is still possible along the Apartment House or in the municipal areas designated for this purpose.

Dining

The shop is located in an adjacent building, the nearest restaurants are in Jedovnice (3 km), Blansko (10 km) and in nearby villages.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, microwave, kettle, cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, pans and other kitchen utensils

You can count on brand new high-quality mattresses, bed linen and towels, plenty of storage space is provided by wardrobes on the mezzanine and ground floor, and large wardrobes in the attic.

PRICE INCLUDES

Water, electricity, Wi-Fi (in the entire building), bed linen, towels, bath towels, small hand towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid, small accessories in the kitchen (basket bags, sponges, etc.), parking in two garages and in the adjacent parking area, possibility of grilling on a gas grill.

- Deposit refundable after departure 3,000/- for each apartment

In season, arrival and departure times are strictly required to allow enough time to prepare the house for the next guests

In case of non-compliance with the departure time, we claim to pay a fine of CZK 2,000 for each additional hour started.

The time of arrival and departure in the off-season depends on the agreement and can therefore be agreed individually - always by prior agreement

When leaving, however, the apartments must always be handed over to the host in person.

PAYMENT TERMS

Booking a stay is possible by sending a request by e-mail

A preliminary deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is required for a binding reservation

You pay the rest of the amount to the account no later than a week before the start of your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the stay more than 60 days before arrival, we return the deposit in full, more than 30 days before arrival, we return 50% of the deposit, 0 - 29 days before arrival, the deposit is not returned.

By paying the deposit, the customer agrees to the cancellation conditions.

The host reserves the right to choose guests in the event that the same date is requested by two guests

Likewise, the host reserves the right to prematurely terminate the stay of guests in the event that the apartment accommodation rules are not followed without the right to a refund.
