Reservation and deposit:

1) When reserving an apartment, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the accommodation amount 6 months in advance

2) If the deposit is not paid by the agreed date, the reservation is automatically canceled without compensation!!

3) The host has the right to subsequently occupy this term with other clients

4) The rest of the payment for accommodation is required to be paid 30 days before arrival

Cancellation fee:

The client has the right to withdraw from the order without cancellation fees - no later than 30 days before the ordered start date

The day of delivery of the e-mail is considered the date of withdrawal from the order

In case of withdrawal from the confirmed order after the specified period, the lessor has the right to a cancellation fee in the amount of the already paid deposit or, after agreement, they can agree on another date.

In the event that the guest arrives after the agreed date, or if fewer people board, he pays for the entire reserved stay.
