The apartment of approx. 120 m2 consists of an entrance hall, a staircase, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, a large bathroom and 2 toilets

Ideal for 6 people, with extra beds 8, full maximum 9.

The interior of the building is strictly non-smoking

No pets please, children are welcome :-)

The house is located in the wider center of the village, a few steps from the street called "Sklepní"

We will be happy to recommend a local winemaker or winery, or arrange a visit to an authentic wine cellar

On the ground floor of the house there is a separate, structurally separated apartment of the owners' mother

Outdoor spaces are also physically separated.

Bedrooms and rooms: Bedroom 1: three single beds

Bedroom 2: double bed + single bed

(there are remote controlled ceiling fans in both bedrooms)

Living room - sofa bed (2 seats)

A folding bed can be placed in the living room or in one of the bedrooms.

Sanitary facilities: One separate toilet, second toilet in the bathroom, double sink, shower, bathtub for children, heating ladder, washing machine.

Heating: Central heating with gas boiler (radiators).

Transportation, parking: Parking right in front of the house, 2 spaces.

Dining

Self catering - separate large dining room/kitchen (Gorenje), several restaurants within walking distance, also within walking distance of 3 grocery stores and an excellent bakery.

Garden and pergola: access to the garden directly from the kitchen via the outdoor spiral stairs: - outdoor seating under the pergola for up to 10 people - possibility to put a children's pool on the lawn and fill it with drinking water from the water supply system - outdoor shower - charcoal grill including coal (in the garden house in the garden) - ornamental beds - herbs freely available in the garden (mint, lemon balm, rosemary, thyme)

(the garden and sitting area are only for guests).

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Price calculation (whole apartment):

High season NOK 2,400/day + NOK 1,500 final cleaning and bedding

Off-season: days other than weekends, holidays, July and August - 1,900/day + 1,500 final cleaning and bedding.

Discount for a stay of at least 7 nights: CZK 200/night

Not included:

Fee to the village 25 CZK/person/day

Each extra bed (over 6 persons) = CZK 200/day

Surcharge for extreme pollution = CZK 1,000

Refundable deposit = CZK 5,000

The price already includes: Cleaning, Energy, Bedding and towels.

Typical prices:

week during the holidays, max. 6 people: CZK 16,900 + village fees (i.e. approx. CZK 427/night/person at full occupancy, + village fees CZK 25 per person and day)

weekend, max. 6 persons: CZK 6,300 + village fees (i.e. CZK 525 per night/person at full occupancy, + village fees CZK 25 per person and day)

weekend, 8 people: CZK 7,100 + village fees (i.e. CZK 469 per night/person + village fees CZK 25 per person and day)
