Bedrooms and rooms: The apartment consists of a kitchen and a living room in one room, a spacious hallway, a bathroom connected to the toilet and an open gallery, with a cozy bedroom with a double bed and two beds - one intended only for children.

Sanitary facilities: In the apartment there is a large bathroom with shower and toilet.

Transportation, parking: You can get to the house comfortably by car along an asphalt road

The apartment has its own marked outdoor parking space.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Children 4-12 years/night - 400kč

Children under 3 years of age free.

Price per week (stay 6 nights) for 2 persons 9 600 CZK and for 3 persons 14 400 CZK.

The reservation of stay is binding after payment of the advance of 50 % of the total price of stay by transfer to a bank account.

In the case of failure to pay the advance within 5 calendar days of confirmation of the reservation, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the deadline is offered to other candidates.

The surcharge of the remaining 50 % of the price of the stay must be paid no later than 15 calendar days before joining the stay, as well as by transfer to the bank account.

In the case of reservation made in less than 15 days before the planned start of the stay, the client is obliged to pay the total price of the stay no later than 24 hours of confirmation of reservation by bank transfer.

Cancel Conditions:

The following cancellation fees apply if the reservation is canceled by the client:

- If the stay is 30 or more before commencement, a cancellation fee of 20 % of the advance pay will be charged.

- If the stay of 15 to 29 days before the arrival, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the advance payment will be charged.

- If the stay is canceled less than 15 days before or when not re -established without prior cancellation, the entire amount paid will be forfeited without a return.

Change the date of stay:

One -time change of the date of stay is possible no later than 15 days before the planned arrival, and only by mutual agreement and depending on the availability of accommodation

In the event of a change of deadline, the deposit paid is converted to a new date
