The apartment has its own entrance from the exterior and there is free parking in front of it.

Each consists of one large double bed and two single beds, two chests of drawers, two coat racks and flat screen televisions

Shoes, jumpers, jackets and other outerwear are stored in the ground floor hall, where drying walls and shoe racks are available for these items
Each bedroom has its own wall and its own shoe rack
For both bedrooms, there is a common living area with a TV and a dining room with a kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all utensils.
Sanitary facilities: Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, sink with lighted shelf and mirror
Towels and bath towels are part of the equipment, as are soap and toilet paper.
Heating: There are radiators in the bedrooms and in the common living area, and each bathroom has its own ladder radiator
