Unique, designer accommodation located in untouched nature on the border of the Czechoslovak National Park and Lužické Mountains PLA

Guests can stay in 2 apartments, i.e. private rooms, which have a salt water pool

In the extensive ecological garden, there are three pampered, comfortable and beautiful mini-houses available, all of which offer plenty of privacy and 2 of them have a bathing and massage tub....

(always with fresh and potable water, without chemicals)

Apartman Sunrise (3 bedrooms, 6 persons, Apartman Sunset (2 bedrooms plus extra bed, 5 persons, each mini-house for 2 persons.

We are ecological: we use cosmetics that are natural and do not harm human health or nature, we have an eco-garden (hectare park), we do not use any chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides

We wash and clean with an eco drugstore, we scent the bathrooms with essential oils, we thoroughly sort waste, we are partly self-sufficient (energy, water)

In the summer months, we offer relaxation in a pool with salt water loaded with minerals from the sea, which are very beneficial to health, without harmful chlorine

To deepen your relaxation, you can order massages from certified and qualified masseuses who will massage you right here, there is also a beautiful wellness center nearby, you can also order wellness procedures at the Nobilis Tilia center, which can be reached in 30 minutes on foot through the forest

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of cities, come to us, we have only 2 apartments in one house

As mentioned above: we also have glamping 1 maringotka and 2 mini-houses with a flush toilet in their privacy in a hectare eco garden, with a fireplace, grill, hot water, shower, kk inside the house.., near the forest.., everything is designed so that everyone has found their privacy and no house can see the other, you can also order breakfast in bed

Bedrooms and rooms: 2 apartments on one floor of the house, each with a different style and name :-), Larger apartment Sunrise, located to the east with a view of the garden, for a maximum of 6 people, has 4 rooms (3 bedrooms and kitchen, TV, bathroom)

The facility offers massages, please make your order at the time of booking your accommodation, as the masseuses are very busy.

New Year's Eve stay possible for 4 nights or more at a price of CZK 3,000 / apartment for 1 - 4 persons / night, CZK 500 / each additional person in the apartment / night

The accommodation price includes: apartment equipment, bed linen, towels, use of the saltwater, heated outdoor pool in the months of June - August, WiFi internet, parking at the property

The price does not include final cleaning CZK 550 / apartment / stay

and does not include fees to the municipality of CZK 25/adult/night

At the time of the order, we ask for a deposit of 50%, on the day of arrival for the stay the remaining 50%, but we prefer an additional payment by transfer to BU before arrival.

Payments for breakfast and the use of a hot massage barrel (Maringotka and tiny house) are possible in cash, CZK or EUR, or by bank transfer.
