Welcome to our cozy apartment Na Jezerce (1+KK), which was built with the entire building in 2021. The apartment is located on the ground floor with access to the front garden

There is a small road that leads to us from the main road, there are only a few holiday homes nearby, so the location is very quiet and nothing disturbs you here

The apartment is 32 m² in size and is divided into a hallway, a bathroom with a toilet and a living area with a kitchenette and a double bed.

Bedrooms and rooms: Double bed (160x200cm), possibility of 1 extra bed (extension of the 90x200cm mattress under the bed).

The sleeping area is separated from the living area by a shelf, there are also two comfortable armchairs with a table, a dining table with a bench and dining chairs.

There is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway.

The price of the apartment is for 2 people

Extra bed CZK 250/day.

After booking the apartment, we ask for an advance payment of 40% of the total amount for the accommodation to the bank account and the remaining amount no later than 10 days before arrival.

Cancellation conditions: if the canceled date is occupied, it is possible to return 90% of the deposit amount, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

The entire building is non-smoking.
